This was a great tool set on a killer deal!
When I bought these, It was on a deal so the price was great! Fast forward 6 years, and the tools are still going strong. These kits have every possible tool necessary for working on any project around the house or garage. They allow for a convenient and accessible experience. The case is a durable one that has held up well over the years. I would happily buy this kit again for myself if the price were to be a bit less again!

Very Useful Beginner's Mechanic's Toolkit
So I first purchased the Craftman's set with 200 pieces... that item is not worth it... it doesn't come with appropriate screw drivers, or pliers. This set however, comes with pliers and functional screw drivers as well as sockets to fit all tasks, and comes with spark plug sockets and deep sockets, and a full bit set with hex keys... the wrenches are kind of lame, but they get the job done. For the price, a definite good buy for a beginner's set, not to mention the Premium Lifetime Warranty, I haven't had to use it yet, but I sure will if any of my tools fail... anyway, this is a gateway tool set, a recommended Buy.

Very good socket set
I am very happy with this socket set. Firstly, the case is nice, the locking mechanism for the hard plastic case closes it tightly so it isn't banging around. The handle feels like a heave plastic so it can carry the case without a problem. Within the case the tools are locked in their place very tightly, sometimes too tight where I have to use another tool to try and pry it out. The slot for the screw driver bits are the only ones where they occasional fall out.The tools themselves feel heavy duty and work nicely. There are two different socket wrenches that alter in size. Each have their own sockets with their different sizes and adaptors. There are both metric and american sockets. The set also includes hex keys in metric and american sizes, screw driver bits, phillips and flat head, and some wrenches.Overall, I got this as a basic socket kit with some other tools and I think very highly of it and would get it again.

Excellent hall closet tool set.
I actually bought this for my 16 year old son, to have a set of basics for odd tinkering, and keep him out of mine. The tool quality is acceptable, the selection as great for basics, the case actually holds everything together and opens and closes properly after the first use, and the price was good. Nobody's claiming these are Snap-On, but it's a great little basic set in a small package.

all packaged in a sturdy, well-designed case
Everything you need except a hammer and a drill, all packaged in a sturdy, well-designed case. All this at a good price, especially for this quality.

Tools good. Hate the case.
Overall this is an adequate tool set. The only thing it is really missing is a hammer which I guess won't fit well in the case (but you always need a hammer). Some of the parts have accumulated some rust despite my attempts to prevent it. My main complaint is the case. It can't be opened or closed without pieces falling out. This is especially true of the sockets, but now screwdrivers and pliers are a problem also. Actually, as I type this I realize what a pain this is and I'm tempted to drop a star but will leave it at 4.
