Broken Nutcracker
When I received the item yesterday , half of the mustache was broken, the knob on the bed post was broken, the mouse with the book that hanging and the bow that was suppose to be a part of the decoration for the sleeping mouse in the bed was on the button of the box. I fixed all of the broken items and bows. This is the first time that I have received and item from Amazon that has not been up to their high standards. I don't plan on returning the item, but I thought that it would be a good faith effort to receive a credit towards my next item when I order.Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
