Kinesiology Tape - 5m Roll of Elastic Water Resistant Tape for Support & Muscle Recovery - Quality Sports Tape

Whilst suffering from LCL pain I looked for ways to support my knee. I had tried support sleeves but they were very bulky. Looking at Kinesiology tapes I decided on Titanium Sports and bought some of their tape. I am extremely happy with the results and by following their application guide I was able to support my knee and allow it to recover. Having just made a second purchase for future emergencies I fell over playing tennis and have been able to use the tape again, this time on my lower back. The tape is easy to cut, with sharp scissors, and the backing is simple to fold and tear to make the tabs on each end to apply stretch. The tape stays on for days and lasts through several showers if required. I do recommend stretching the tape with a finger as you remove it to relieve the pain of hairs trapped in the glue.

This kinesiology tape was recommended by my physiotherapist for my shoulder injury which I was told would be a slow repair. To be honest, I was sceptical but after using the tape over a couple of weeks, I notice my shoulder is less painful because the tape provides gentle resistance if I attempt to over-extend my arm or lift heavy items e.g. shopping bags, grandkids. The tape is waterproof and is easily removed. Not so positive is the adhesive that remains when the tape is removed. It's a bit of a nuisance. The tape must be cut into shape. I wish it was available in brown. I would recommend this product.

While it is very difficult to give a 5 star rating on any product review due to not have tried all the available products on the market, i can say that i have tried Titanium and another brand. Titanium is the brand that i have re-ordered due to their favourable price and that it has met with my needs. I have suffered from a bursar under the ball of my foot and have spent a fortune on orthotics made just for my feet but am still having a load of sensitivity, burning and discomfort. I DEFINITELY have found the taping the ball of my foot with Kinesiio tape has made a positive effect and does help relieve some of the discomfort when walking. i had never heard about kineseo tape and it's benefits but am so happy that with a friend's recommendation i gave it a try. Well worth trying. I leave mine on for days without any problems and by the time i remove have not found difficulty with pain as the adhesive weakens over time. I will continue to order this same brand due to good price and being effective, even if there may be better brands out there.

ETA April 2025: Bought again for the Nth time (I've no idea, honestly). This time, I've overused my knee, rowing, and this tape is my go-to for support. Same top-quality, great price. I've bought this tape several times over the years and have always been pleased with it. It sticks well and stays stuck for several days, even with showering and physical activity. I have a weak foot from a fracture when I was young, and this tape provides the support when my foot gives me trouble. It's also a very good price. For all of that, I decided to try another brand recently, purely because I fancied a different colour (I usually buy the dark blue). While the other brand seemed identical, it was thinner, the adhesion was poorer, and the adhesive irritated my skin. In conclusion, not all kinesiology tapes are equal, and in my opinion, this is the superior brand in terms of value and quality.

I bought this tape for a plantar tear on my toes, I chose the skin colour one which blends in very well. It stays put even after being in the shower so you don’t have to replace it daily which is a definite bonus. It is all marked out on the back of the tape so you can cut easily to the exact width and length you need. It is very sticky but doesn’t leave any residue like normal plasters do. My daughter also uses this tape for an injury on her hand, and keeps it stable while she is working. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend and will buy again when needed.

I use KT tape on my knee as it comes out of joint when i walk. The tape does help and reduces the pain. I have tried various brands over the years: Good- i like that there is a green tape. Hard to find green. I was expecting the colour to be darker, its more of a lime green but its fine. Bad- the adhesive doesnt last long. Only lasts a few hours. Peels if it gets wet. If i put it on before i go to bed, its half off by morning. -stings more when you remove the tape compared to other brands. Ugly- my knee was feeling tingly with the tape on but couldnt see any irritation. Put a small strip on my arm so i could get a better look and its come up red and raw looking. Tape was on for 3 hours. And the sore redness is still there 24hrs later. The black tape left a small red mark but green left a large mark. Beware if you have sensitive skin

Recently bought this to support my plantar fasciitis which had gotten worse this year. I bought it as was travelling to the USA for a few weeks and needed the support and relief for my foot as I knew I would be doing alot of walking. I’ve bought other brands before but found issues with the tape not staying put! However not only does the support made a huge difference for the relief of my symptoms but the tape stayed on for over 5 days despite plenty of pool activities. My uncle in Florida also had the same issue and luckily I brought my roll of tape with me. I used it on his heel and arch and he was so impressed I had to leave him my roll of tape . Definitely a fab product and really does support the arch and heel. I’m almost pain free now and whilst I didn’t expect a magic cure , it’s really made a huge difference with the amount of pain I was having and the relief I now have. Couldn’t recommend anymore. The instructions sent after purchase was really helpful in explaining how to apply the tape to ensure it sticks. Had to buy a second roll last weekend since I left my previous one with uncle.

Reviews are not normally my thing but I had to say something about this product. I suffer from lower leg pain which could be shin splints and I have tried icing, foam rollers, rest, stretching and heat but none to work. What was left to try was K tape and I used it once but because of the conditions (lots and lots of mud and deep puddles) the tape did the job until I got home and it had started to lose its stick (this could have been how I used it in the first place) and I had to take it off in the shower and that was a little painful because of leg hairs. Roll on 2 days and I used it again and this time even after showering, the K tape remained in place. I have used this for 2 runs and have had no lower leg pain, so will continue to use this for the time being. There are specific ways of taping so I checked that out before applying. This tape may not work for everyone but for me, it did. 17km and no lower leg pain is a great step forward and what is even better is they say, you can wear this for 7 days and then it might lose its stick so I will see.
