PERFECT
After spending $3k at dentist to get nightguards that are painful and don't work I decided to make my own. The dental vacuum press, alginate powder, a few dental trays to make molds and these sheets that fit the press perfectly, all contributed to a perfect fit that I now wear nightly - at what cost? ~$200 and can now make my own nightguards until the end of time. Apparently you don't have to be a genius to do this on your own.
