I love my new shower head. It was very easy to install. Just basic knowledge to be honest. All I needed was included in the box. The price I paid is a fair price. My new shower head is working with different set on water pressure and it looks very nice. So far I'm very content of my purchase.

I bought one for myself a few weeks ago, I’ve been using it everyday and love it very very much. So I bought another one for my parents and they love it too.It’s very easy to install with clear instructions.I’m very satisfied with the shipping, the cost and everything!Plus they look beautiful and elegant.

Overall the product is great. However the Adhesive Shower Head Holder does not stick well. The seller need to provide a fix for this item and provide the buyers a replacement item.

Bought it months ago but just had it installed within the last couple of months. Already the plastic trigger to change the head of the showers power just broke right off.. it was very gently used since I could tell the piece was weak to begin with and sure enough, poped right out.Edit: they sent me a whole new set so I raised the star status one. Will raise it up more once I see if this doesn't break in a short time. Customer service is great regardless though.

I like the different sprays on the hand held shower head,. I did have an issue with it and the supplier quickly addressed my issue and replaced the item. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I was really enjoying this product until, after only two months of use, the hand held shower head broke. it is stuck on the highest pressure setting which makes it unusable due to my sensitive skin.

I really love this shower set up I feel luxury like a expensive rainfall shower it was really easy to set up came with the tape and everything all I had was a wrench and it got the job done perfectly.

The shower head looks great, it’s all metal including the diverter valve. With the diverter valve screwed in it’s long enough to not hit the wall even without an extension arm. As other reviewers have mentioned, the pressure from the shower head is underwhelming. It falls rather than shoots out of the head, with a maximum horizontal reach of about 8” in front of the head. This is not a problem for me as I personally don’t prefer to be stabbed with jets of water, but others do. The diverter switch is difficult to access, short people will struggle, but honestly this is as good as it gets without installing additional plumbing.The square handheld unit is great, it’s actually the same as another I’ve purchased, but some cheaper downgrades: the toggle switch is black instead of chrome, and it’s a clear not frosted front plate. It’s lightweight plastic, which personally doesn’t bother me, as it delivers excellent water pressure.The handheld holder is bad. I didn’t even install it because it looks so janky. What is advertised is a metal backing plate with adhesive (and it looks like some buyers actually received this). What was provided to me is a holder that is attached to a thin clear plastic film with a 1/4” gap between them. This looks like something that got hacked together that should never have been sold. I emailed the company about this and received no response. I will likely have to buy a suction holder instead.At this price point, not sure I can expect a lot, but there is some room for improvement with this product for sure.Update: two years later, the fitting to the shower spout broke off. It's plastic, not metal and there's just too few threads and too much weight for that cheap fitting. The whole assembly fell down. All in all, not a great product, too unreliable and too much hackery was necessary to get this thing to work.
