Unicorns Are the Worst! (The Worst! Series)

Both my kids, 3 & 6 love this book. In general we have other books that feature D&D style creatures for kids and other mythical/fantastical creatures, so this is right up their ally. If your child has no interest that sort of subject matter, then they might be disinterested. However, hubby and I love teaching our kids about fantasy/mythical creatures so this was a great addition to our kids library. I laughed out loud a lot just reading it. I also love the illustrations that keep me interested as an adult.

This is the perfect children's book- Creative, visually stunning, hillarious, empathetic, and host of characters and charm.... Learn why Unicorns are the WORST!... Or are they?.... Our 6 and 3 year request this title endlessly, and I don't mind one bit!Also- there really should be more Goblin themed birthday parties- wouldn't you agree?Photo Explanation: Kid 1 requested a goblin themed birthday day and we had to make iced cookies based on this charming book. Alex Willam (The Author) even replied back when I shared this photo with him! He seems like a pretty rad dude!

Such a funny book! We have an end of year event called the “Masked Reader” where I teach and my teammates and I dressed in unicorn heads and read this book! It was an incredible hit!!!!

My 4 year old granddaughter absolutely loves this book and looks at it alone pretending to tell the story.I highly recommend it. We read this twice a week and I will follow this author.

My 5 year old favorite book we got her for Christmas. She thinks its hilarious, the pictures are bright and colorful, and after a long day it's a nice easy read at bedtime (looking at you runny babbit.) It's easily the current most requested book to be read.

A delightfully funny and charming book, that both my sons and daughters enjoyed. I can't wait to read it to my preschool students. It gets 4 stars because one page shows the little goblin's rear end while he's washing his clothes. I covered it with a sticker to avoid the distraction. I can't have that be the one thing they remember about this super cute book.

My son loves this book. This is been in our nightly bedtime story rotation every since it came in his Amazon book subscription. It is really fun to read with him and the illustrations are great! Update: my son still loves this book 8 months later. I pre-ordered "Dragons Are the Worst". I hope it is a good as this one.
