Seven Planes of Existence: The Philosophy of the ThetaHealing® Technique

I like the organization. This is a "how to" book. In order to appreciate it and learn from it, one must take the need time to practice what it's hen taught here, and evaluate the results it they worked or not. For example, the influence or effects of stones or crystals, although their believed effects have been practiced for centuries and cultures, it's still difficult to quantify they claimed effect, unless one take the things to log and evaluate unbiased. Other methods down here can be evaluated. The healing process with different purposes. This is not a matter of liking or not. its a matter if overcoming the possible obstacle that the author is sharing. From personal experience,t he author methodology is all possible. This book is strongly recommended for this who are looking to expand their knowledge in the Theta healing methodology or those who are looking for another healing process. Without a background on this process, some might find this book more then informative, entertaining, and an invitation to read other books by this author. Stibal has a way to support with personal experienced and others her methodology.

It came quicker than expected. And it's wonderful book.

Enjoy this roadmap through the universe and beyond! There are may wonderful exercises to help you to connect to the planes of existence. You may find you experience plants or animals differently and you may come up with the next best invention. This book is a great guide written by a wonderful teacher and healer in a down to earth style. You may gain some new perspectives and even experience adventure doing so. What I love most about this book is it teaches one to experience more harmony with all there is.

Awesome book. Deepened my understanding of how things work on many levels. I appreciate all the techniques for self-healing and furthering awareness. If your looking for some deep psychic information on connectedness of ALL THAT IS this book is a great read.

I wanted to understand better and in more details the 7 planes with all detailed and a simple way of understanding... the book is easy to read especially for a french person and i feel like all is clear for me now !!!
