The leash so far is okay but probably not worth $30. The traffic hold is too low on the leash, maybe would be better for a large dog but I need to control my 30 pound rescue as I train her.Additionally the leash randomly detached from the harness. There was no significant pulling at the time when it detached more like a light tug to direct my dog where I was planning to go & once she moved towards me I realized the leash was detached. Scary!! Luckily we were in a very enclosed space away from traffic & she wasn’t attempting to lunge at things that stimulate her.The top hand hold is very padded. Super comfortable even when she does pull hard. The little hook for poop bag holder is convenient but the holder I had for a year on a different leash fell off on our first walk with this leash. I don’t know if this was just coincidence but I had not had this issue with other leashes. The bungee cord is also nice, I can tie up the collections with this cord instead of holding it. I wish they made a 4 foot version & that it would not unhook. & that the traffic hold was about 4 inches higher. Over all a decent leash for a trained dog that recalls consistently. I am a bit fearful to continue training my rescue with this leash.

I was looking for a replacement leash for our Golden Retriever. The leash needs to be strong but also easy to grab when he lunges. The leash is easy to grab throughout. Has a nice flex that helps me and my dog.

This product is wonderful & a lifesaver!!! I have tried a flat collar, martingale, gentle leader & a harness for my pup but the pulling did not improve!!! My 75# Golden is really, really strong & my shoulder & hand were taking a beating. I bought the EZY Soft trainer collar & leash in one & I saw a dramatic increase in pulling. It’s like magic - can’t believe how it works & how enjoyable it is to take my pup on a walk!! Thank You for an amazing product!! I have recommended it to everyone I know. I was at the vet yesterday & even she was amazed at the difference in my pups pulling🐶🐾❤️😇👏👏👏

I've had this leash for a short time now and the first thing to go is the essentially useless tether on the end that is designed to hold dog poop bags? It's not a big deal as I would never use it, but it makes me wonder about the rest of the sewing if the bungee falls off so easily.The length is good but a bit too long. The short control and training loop is a bit too short. Overall, it is a good leash but I would not suggest this to other owners. Too many little things that add up to an overpriced leash. The quality of the sewing is questionable, the length is just a bit off and the black paint on the clasp has work off to expose cheap pot metal and not quality brass that I'm accustomed to see on quality leashes and collars. My guess is that it will rust once exposed.This item will be returned. Photo posted.

We have gone through three of these leashes now over only the past year, and now the third one is also just about to rip apart too. The handle is indeed nice and soft which, combined with the large loop in the handle, makes it comfortable to take our dog for long walks. The metal hardware attaches easily to the dog collar and has never caused us any problems. But the nylon fibers in the leash just start to fail for some reason, and then within a week or so, completely fray apart to the point that we have to buy another leash because we're not confident it won't completely break with a hard tug. I have no idea why they keep failing, since our dog doesn't chew on the leashes, we hardly ever get the leashes wet (and when they do get wet they are hung up to dry right away), we never have snagged the leash on anything that could damage it, etc. Our dog does pull fairly hard sometimes, but he's only 30 pounds, and leashes are supposed to be able to handle some tugging. Anyway, it wasn't until writing this review that I've had a minute to think about how crazy it is to have 3 leashes fail in a year - we'll be looking for another model/brand that is more reliable.

As a new dog owner I had purchased some flimsy leashes until I got to this one. It's sturdy and comfortable in my hand while walking the dog. Best of all it's soft for our new family member.

I like that its 6ft and has the traffic handle And bungee and clip for poop bagsBig cons are the strip of reflective material is thread thin, almost not visible, and only on one side of the leash. Very very very disappointed to buy something for safety that says reflective and might as well not be. Also the traffic handle which is normally used by most people in emergency or quickly around traffic or other dogs is almost impossible to get your hand in quickly. Both side of the leash are very thin and tend to remain flush and closed unless you stop and use both haands to fiddle with it for a few seconds. It needs to be put off to the side in a seperate loop with extra material on the inside so its quick and easy to slip your hanghand into otherwise end its pointless.

this is my second leash because my dog and blue healer and her buddy a laberdoodle love to play tug of war on the walk two sixty five pound dogs are hard on leashes but i t did last over a year.
