JetechJetech 3/8 Inch Drive 24mm Standard Impact Socket, Made with Chrome Molybdenum Alloy Steel, Heat Treated, 6-Point Design, Metric

Used on the Chrysler 3.6L Pentastar VVT motor. 3/8 drive, 6 point, and low profile socket is just what I needed for the oil cap nut (Plastic) on top of the 3.6L. Six point to reduce any chance of stripping and low profiled where my ratchet extension and socket can sit on top of the angled nut without interfering with anything unlike a deep or standard socket, God quality socket, clear stamping, and can have many other uses if needed.

I'm using this on a dedicated cordless impact and so far it has not cracked or deformed.

The socket lettering is NOT white! "Hard to read" is subjective so I took a picture of the 24mm socket with 24mm facing the camera. Can you read that?!!!It works for me as it is the only one I have of this style so I know what it is. If I had a set of these, I would be pissed and return them for Milwaukee sockets. The quality is fine but the lettering DOES not look white like in the picture. It is small engraved letters and numbers. Write our own ID on socket in white or silver paint. If you used it every day you would be happy enough because you can look at it and know what size it is. You don't need to see the size numbers. I got it for taking John Deere riding mower blades off with a Ridgid 3/8 impact and it works GREAT for the 24 mm nuts. I would buy it again. Very little (ground) clearance needed and it cups and holds the nut PERFECTLY so you can dump it out and not lose the nut. Design pulls off an impact very easily!If the lettering was more readable I would give it 5 stars. It appears very rust resistant. As is, sorry, it is only 3 stars because you can't reasonably read the socket size except under bright, perfect conditions. When does that happen? You almost need a flashlight to see the numbers. Definitely NOT for older eyes. The edges are a bit sharp but that does not affect useability. The machining is otherwise very good.

It made removing the oil filter super easy without fear of stripping the nut.

Holding up good! Time will tell because I do use it a lot with an impact driver.

Was delivered late and it looks used and not like the picture in the description

Seem well made but alittle bulkier then the one it replaced that I lost but wont go in as tight of spaces.

Good socket right size for my 2014 Chevy Cruze 1.4 and also my son’s 2006 Cadillac CTS 3.6.

It was prompt and as I ordered what more can I ask
