Bought this for my grandpa he had one exactly like it and broke the screen he’s older so he likes the flip phones. This was exactly as I expected it was refurbished but looked brand new, no major blemish’s at all! Worked perfectly with our AT&T. Very simple easy setup definitely cheaper here than buying through AT&T. He’s had it a few months now and still works great no issues. Battery stays charged. Definitely recommend

Hefty little phone, very sturdy. Able to disable internet, good controls/menus. No instructions except online, and logic is quite different that I was acustomed to...but easy to follow. Very pleased w this phone; exactlya as it was presented on site.

I enjoy my flip phone but it would be so much easier to learn how to work it if I had any kind of instructions with it.

I'd give it 5 stars but I haven't actually put in the sim card. So far I've turned it on and all the features work. If it's as good as my old Sonim, it'd get 5 stars. My old Sonim is still hanging in there but wanted a back-up just in case. I can't bring myself to blow 1200 bucks on these new flipphones that are still having the kinks worked out.

This phone is very well made. It is easy to operate for my 90 yr old Dad.

Becareful from this seller, bought this nice looking flip phone and thought it read it would be unlocked especially for t mobile that I have. Phone kept asking me for unlock pin. Contacted the seller, and they recommended to change the network manually and so I did over to t-mobile 4g. It still read couldn't access sim network because it needed that darn pin. Even the t-mobile techs couldn't help me figure this out. I went thru the att portal to get unlock code myself and now will see if that works. But this seller should include special instructions on troubleshooting this and how to set this up correctly. I will see to this about their false advertising and very little help from the seller.

There's nothing bad I can say about device, I was desperate to get a good phone for my mother in-law, and I found one of the best phone,she can use a smart phone, but this phone is heavy duty phone, and very easy for seniors, I really recommend for people who wants a flip phone,one of the best phone ever buy for her!!

This product is sold as a refurbished product. I don't know if it had actually been used before. There was cling-film on the displays, and the case was without blemishes. Even the charger was in a sealed plastic bag. The phone didn't have a sim card in it, which was about the only thing that distinguishes it from a new-in-box product that I can think of. Your mileage may vary--maybe I just got lucky, but I'm very happy with this purchase!
