It's got a good fit, and a natural feel.

They are comfortable and they work
After male prostate or bladder surgery, having to wear the bulky adult diaper can feel demeaning and embarrassing. These bring back a sense of respectability during the healing process. These are thick in the crotch area, soft, comfortable, and look and feel like regular men’s underwear with no bulk. The extra padding in the crotch brings added comfort and a sense of security guarding against leakage. I suggest that you size up for added comfort if you don’t like them to feel too tight. They last about a year before they lose their integrity. Hopefully you or your loved one will be healed by then. My loved one started to like them better than his regular underwear.

Not "Bigger-Buldge" Friendly. (Review Below)
BIGGER BULDGE REVIEW: For us guys that are more "well-endowed", finding good boxer briefs that can support us is such a hassle. I'm 6'7", 220, and athletic/slim build so sizing, especially for being on the taller side, is good and they do go down the thigh a decent amount. The fit, quality, and comfort is exactly what I was looking for! But, unfortunately the "support" just isn't there. I'm tired of "thigh-hugging" and was hoping these would solve that. Sadly, the cut-out that allows for air flow really limits how much they can be stretched. I've had a lot of mornings when I wake up and I'm halfway or even completely out because the cut-out takes away so much material overlap. You only get with about 1 inch of material to stretch apart before you can easily slip through the hole. As much as I really love everything else about these, sadly, the support is the deal-breaker for me. If you're under 7, maybe 8 inches, I would say these are the perfect set of boxer briefs. But if you're 9 or more inches though, I just can't really recommend these unless you're fine with constantly adjusting these. 4/5 Stars for being perfect in every other way.

FANSATIC underwear . Have not gone all loose and stretched like some brands do. The seamless construction ( no side seams) makes these very comfortable to wear.

It is rare to find a multi-pack that maintains its fit through various movements without bunching, but these manage it consistently. If you value a "set it and forget it" fit that doesn't require maintenance every few hours, these are worth the purchase.
