Decided randomly to do half and half! Worked great, need another round on the bottom half of my hair but my roots are ready to go blue afterwards! 10/10

A lot of these reviews state that their hair has fallen out from this product, however its simply their own doing. It does state that it should not be on for more than 20 minutes - unlike other bleaches that can be left for up to an hour. It is very fast acting potent hair bleach, which is perfect to lift stubborn dyes (such as black box dye). There is no fault with the product, you just have to be careful and cautious with how long you leave it on for.

I was skeptical at the price, but as a hairdresser I can’t get over the price of this! It works brilliantly, just as well as any other brand! Gives a lovely lift to the hair! Fab!

I occasionally get hair done at hairdressers but really don’t have time. I’ve been doing my roots myself for approximately 20 years and this is the very best I’ve used! You get a massive carton of blue powder bleach plus a massive carton of developer- this will last me at least two years 😃

So I do not ever leave reviews but I feel I need to on this product.This bleach is the worst I have ever used.Once on the hair for less than 2 minutes the hair started to actually smoke.I have used bleach for a number of years and never has one started smoking.touching it it was unreal, the heat that came off it was like touching an over tray that had just came out of the oven, I dropped the piece of hair as it was that hot and it hit the towel, the heat went right threw the towel and onto the skin.Washed off and the hair was so badly burnt and snapped and that was in less than 10 minutes of the product being on probably not even that long.Only upside was only one band of hair had been done right underneath and i got an alternative (wella) and this caused no damage to the rest of the hair.If I could give it zero stars I would have. Stay away from this product.

Really good product have been using one scoop of the powder and two of the cream and seems to have worked really well

I had been black box dying my hair for 10+ years. I used this 4 times (once every 2 weeks I was so scared to ruin my hair). I was back to blonde with very little damage so happy! 👍🏻😊

After reading all the negative reviews I was very nervous using this so done a strand test first which was fine. I then continued adding the right amount 2.1 ratio and I used a cap and worked perfect. Highly recommended and will continue to use
