Does this stain hair as it fades? I only want to temporary black hair but dont want to stain my natural ginger hair permanently

It’s not a permanent dye but it is strong and will last several months, so not ideal if you want your natural hair colour back.

What would happen if i put this dye over natural blonde hair? or bleached hair (i could do that first)? how long would it last?

Well, if you put it over natural or bleached hair, it would change it to the color you have. I have naturally dark brown hair and bleach mine to color. Also, I have recently put it over the dark brown and it shows a bit (I used Wrath). Lasting depends on you. Use shampoos for color treated hair. Don't wash every day or even get wet every day - I have naturally curly hair so that's a problem sometimes. Use dry shampoo if you need too. I also leave it in for about 30 minutes but the instructions don't say to. Also, wash/rinse with cold hair - AF recommends this. So when I do wash, it's a hot shower but cold water for washing/rinsing hair. Mine can last 4 weeks.
