The media could not be loaded. Value for money! Good sound quality, no driver needed just plugin to any usb connector and play.

Works as intended
Headphone mic combo port was not working on my laptop so I had to order this. It works out of the box. No need to install any software.I have used many products from Ugreen in the past and they make very high quality products.

Good quality DAC. Takes care of damaged audio jack on my laptop
It seems original ugreen product. The quality of audio and mic input is good. My laptop's audio port input is damaged and it resolved the issue. But its pricey at 1200. Should be around 700-800 as per international price
