I haven't had these long enough to know if they are going to solve my foot problems but for the short amount of time I have been using them they are making a big difference. I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis for months with no relief. I have been using these for a week and its already starting to get better. They are very comfortable and seem to offer great support. If you have bad heel pain these will be a game changer. I also seem to suffer much less from overall foot pain when on my feet long days. I gave 5 stars because they are a steal at $9 bucks... the quality and materials used on these are far superior to any of the others I have tried. The four seasons once are great and nice quality but they much more expensive and they are no where near as comfortable as these. What I don't like about the four seasons is it is a pain to transfer from shoe to shoe as the sticky pad is useless after a couple swaps and then the insole moves around when putting your shoes on. These have a sticky gel pad that does a good job of keeping them from moving when sliding your shoes on. Also, at $9 I can put a pair in all of my shoes for the cost of the competition.

I have planter fasciitis. a pair of these in my winter work boots changed my life for the better. no more limping like an old man the next day!

I have ZERO arches from wearing terrible “cute” shoes in my 20’s. I’m now in my 40’s and over weight and these are PERFECT! I wear them in my sneakers and my feet and knees don’t hurt after being on them all day at work. I wear a woman’s size 8 wide shoe and they fit perfectly.

These might have worked and were extra cushioned which is what I was looking for but my feet slipped on them. Most people said the insoles slid in their shoes but my they’re really slippery on top so my feet slid too much. I didn’t feel stable wearing them. I liked the length as well so I could wear them with multiple shoes. But I returned them.

If you have Plantar Fasciitis, put these in all of your shows. I had previously bought Airplus for my PF and had pretty good success with them. The heel thickness of these is even better, and wow can I feel a difference at the end of the day. I am so pleased with these and the price was in line, or even a little better than comparable products. I would start with these first if your looking for heal pain relief.

Long time foot pain sufferer, these have significantly improved my feet. The arch support is the difference maker here, while the 3/4 length keeps the toe box open and makes them easier to fit in a variety of shoes. The pride is unbelievable given the quality of the product - I bought 6 pairs!

Fits well but does not support well. I need another silicon insole to support which defeats the purpose of this. Guess it does not fit all shoes.

I didn't trust them, and I looked at the comments now I can say that it's true sciatic nerve with flat feet in less than a week I have noticed the difference!
