Longtime Lavazza coffee drinker
I have been a Lavazza coffee drinker x >10 yrs. I was 1st introduced to Lavazza, mainly this Crema E Gusto, by a former employer. I'm not really into dark roast, so I prefer the Lavazza Qualita Rossa. Lavazza is the reason I became a 'just' black coffee drinker (I used to be addicted to Cafe Mocha from Starbucks)!! It's the only coffee brand I drink (w/ "occasional" Starbucks of course lol), as it is widely available (Quality Rossa & Crema E Gusto) in Canada. Here in the US, I believe only the other varieties (Classico, Perfetto) are available in selected grocery stores. I haven't tried those, but I'm sure they taste just as good. In between Lavazza, I drink Folgers, which IMO, has a very good taste as I can drink it w/o sugar and cream! Though Qualita Rossa is my fave, I ended up purchasing Crema E Gusto. I don't use a Moka pot (Er, coz I don't have one), but I use the Melitta 'pour over'. Lavazza makes a very good cup of coffee w/o adding sugar and cream! Highly recommend.

Moka Heaven
I love Lavazza Crema e Gusto. It is awonderful, potent and bitterish espresso all by itself. What I do though.... I mix this 1/2 and 1/2 with Lavazza Qualita Rossa (see its review) and brew it in my Moka Pot (see its review) and then add milk for a cappuccino. Alone this is a fine cappuccino and one I would share with friends anytime. But together.... the moka is to die for. A perfect mix of flavors, bodies and the right bitterness tempered with the milk...... I drink one everyday and it's a high point for me. I highly recommend Lavazza Crema e Gusto alone or in combination with other Lavazza coffee products.

A Rich, Smooth Cup of Espresso...
I purchased this espresso brick for my mother who loves coffee, especially espresso. While I am not very partial to coffee, my mother can be very picky with the quality of her coffee. The Lavazza Crema e Gusto turned out to be a very good gift for her. She loves it! According to her, the coffee comes out Rich and Full-Bodied, while also being very smooth. There is no bitterness at all to the coffee. She makes her espresso using a 3 cup Bialetti, which seems to do a good job getting the flavor out of the coffee grounds and into your cup. For the Espresso lover out there, while it may not be a premium cup of Espresso, the Lavazza Crema e Gusto Italian Espressoo Brick did not disappoint. You get excellent quality espresso for a fair price per cup ... 5 stars!

Authentic italian espresso
I went to italy recently and fell in love with the espresso there and decided I would have to bring some back with me. I didn't end up buying any when I was overseas, but the friend I stayed with always used this brand of espresso so I was really happy when I found it on here! I feel like the price is pretty reasonable because it will last you a pretty long time. This was the extra-bold or more bold flavor, and I really liked it. One tip that I offer, and this could be really common, is to keep it in the fridge after opening so it lasts longer. I did this from the first time I opened it, and it really did seem to make a difference and the taste wasn't compromised at all.

Perfect cup of coffee
Finally found my perfect cup of coffee! I've tried many brands over the years, I've even been to Italy and had the authenticated espresso. But my search is now over. This is the one for me. No bitterness. The taste is clean and flavorful. No "muddy", bitter after taste. It speaks restaurant quality and became immediately familiar to me as if we crossed paths before in one of my better experiences in the past. I always knew what I liked, I just never had a name. I was skeptical when I read the reviews and also about the price. I did not want to buy the multi package out of fear I would hate it and have all of these bricks I would not use, now I wish I had. The brick was smaller than expected but it is a dark roast, so I'm using less. The coffee is also grounded extremely fine which I believe increased the flavor. Makes me want to try other Lavassa products because I am such a believer now.

Good espresso, pretty expensive at this size
This was my introduction to Lavazza brand Italian coffee. Worked great in my pump driven espresso machine. Good crema, nice flavor. Good darker roast coffee. I prefer a medium roast both for less bitter taste and HIGHER CAFFEINE content. Nice for pre ground but about $16 a pound if you buy in this under half pound size. Ordered 1 kilo (2.2 lb.) size bags of whole bean Lavazza Crema E Aroma for about $20 via Amazon subscription. Also bought manual ceramic burr coffee grinder for about $28 with Amazon prime. So much more aromatic with fresh ground beans. I'm no coffee expert but even I can taste the difference from the pre ground coffee vs. freshly ground.

Best coffee ever!
I went to Italy recently, and stopped at a sidewalk cafe . The coffeev(espresso), was so creamy and flavorful, I liked it better than my Cuban espresso I have drank for years! I asked what it was and they told me this is the coffee they served! So as soon as I got home I ordered it,and enjoyed every cup. And so does my daughter in law, who’s also a cofeeholic,
