We ordered this 70% rubbing alcohol to use in our Flikr fire torch which can use 70% isopropyl alcohol as the fuel. The product arrived and while it smells like rubbing alcohol it doesn't light or burn. The only explanation is they are cutting it and not shipping what the label says. We contacted them and they offered to refund, didn't follow thru and ignored a subsequent note. It is pretty obvious to see there is an integrity and honesty issue with this company, we won't buy from them again.
