Highly recommend!! Since this is just a “sleeve” I had my doubts about how cold it would be and if the cold would last very long. Well it is amazing! It is very very cold and really helps my knee pain and so comfortable to wear. You can walk around with it on and it stays put. Very happy with this purchase.

This product is simply amazing. It was recommended to me by the chiropractor and have been using since then. Works great. I have been using it mostly for cold therapy and it’s my 3rd purchase of this product. I liked it so much, that, I bought it for my mom too. It’s a great value for money, right size adjusts well and stays in place and is super comfortable.

I have plantar fasciitis, so I’ve tried a couple of different ice pack things for my foot. This one is the best, in my opinion. It’s flexible, it’s easy to use, and it doesn’t get all frosty when it melts and refreezes. It also doesn’t get wet as it melts, which I really like. Although I’m using it for my foot, I like the idea that I can use this for multiple body parts - should I ever need to. It fits my feet, ankles, wrists, and elbows pretty well. I also love that there are no straps to mess with. The material stretches just enough to do what it needs to do. The coldness lasts for at least 30 minutes. Sometimes I’ll put it on while I watch a movie and I feel like it’s still semi-cold by the end. I liked it so well I bought a second one.

Overall the shoulder sleeve is ok. It starts very cold but that does not last long at all. The fit is a little big for me but would probable fit a male perfectly. I am 5' and weigh 105lbs so i expect that with most items. It seems to be made well and of good quality, I just wish it stayed cold longer.

Excellent product! Freeze sleeve works great and fits snug. Has helped with tendon pain in elbow. Great value and perfect for when you don’t have an extra hand at home to help you wrap an ice pack on your arm.

This thing fits great and works great! My only complaint is that it lasts about 20 minutes, but takes a while to re freeze. I ended up getting to so I could rotate them. That helps a lot!

Excellent for my sore forearms - since it wraps around your arm, it is VERY cold when first put on out of the freezer.

Love these ! Great for use on my arms and legs when my Excema was SO itchy and nothing else worked.

Ich verwende die Bandage spontan, wenn mal wieder ein Knie meckert, z. Bsp. nach dem Laufen oder Krafttraining. Sie liegt zu diesem Zweck immer im Kühlschrank bereit (nicht zwingend im Gefrierfach) und tut ihren Dienst etwa 15 Minuten, dann ist sie warm. Soweit der Kühleffekt erforderlich ist, funktioniert er. Die Bandage ist aus einem sehr schweren Material, aber flexibel, schnell an- und ausgezogen. Man kann damit umhergehen; andere Kühlungen verwende ich nicht.

es un producto muy bueno, me ha servido mucho y es de esas cosas que tener en tu congelador siempre sobretodo si practicas algún deporte, lo compre por recomendación de mi fisiotapeuta. Mi única queja es que compre el más grande pasa poder usarlo también en la pierna como en la imagen del modelo y la realidad es que apenas me cabe comodamente en el brazo, nunca llegara por encima de la rodilla sin apretar. soy mujer talla M-L
