Works great for intended purpose. Better than a toilet seat with handles because it doesn’t place stress on the toilet, transfers the stress to the wall. Easy to install. Provides assurance, stability and fall prevention in a place that many homes have none. Folds up when you don’t need it. Wish I knew about them before my mother fell but now she has it and loves it.

This is the absolute best equipment I’ve purchased thus far to help lift myself in the restroom. I recently moved into a new residency. The toilet was only 15 1/2 inches and the only way I could get up off the toiletwas to use a walker on one side and the vanity on the other side. It was so difficult and unsafe as a walker would move, which could cause me to fall. I found this bar on Amazon and I liked how it lifted up when you didn’t use it so it was out of the way this way others could use the bathroom with no problem. once I had the bar installed I was so happy because I no longer needed the walker to assist as the bar on the right and the vanity on the left I could easily lift myself up and off the toilet. I’d highly recommend this bar for any person who had the problem of getting himself up off the toilet. Because of the location where we placed it it also helps me get in and out of the shower as it’s very stable. The quality of the bar is excellent and it adjust to what my needs are in that particular small area.👍🏼

Works perfectly next to bed on the wall to get in and out of ,especially after hip replacement surgery. It only comes with concrete anchors, not sure if these were only made for commercial buildings or what.. but my husband just got long screws from the hardware store and anchored into a 2x4 or stud to make it sturdy and it works just fine. Can raise up when not in use and at bedtime put down...better then one of those bedrails that go under the mattress.Would probably work great in the bathroom next to toliet ,also attached to a 2x4.

I purchase this for an elderly aunt and it really works well to help her to handle bathroom visits on her own.

I attempted to follow all directions and the anchors don’t work as described. I had a couple of different screws as I found wood stud to screw into on 1 side. This product is not recommended and I hope the manufacturer reads this. The arms also don’t stay up on their own. They start to fall forward after some time. I truly am waiting for the wall to fall apart or the arm bracket to break. I will be asking for a full refund as this is not a sturdy quality product for the $.
