I bought these to use on both a recliner and a wheelchair, and they've worked really well for us. Before ordering, I was a little hesitant because I saw several reviews saying they weren't truly waterproof. Thankfully, that hasn't been my experience at all. We've had no leaks, and the furniture underneath has stayed completely protected. Another thing I like is that they stay in place. I was expecting to constantly straighten them out, especially on a recliner, but they don't slide around nearly as much as I thought they would. They're also easy to wash, which is a huge plus. We've washed them multiple times and they've held up well. If I had one suggestion, it would be to make them a little larger. A bit more coverage would be nice, especially for larger recliners. That said, the size hasn't actually caused any problems for us, and they've still done exactly what we needed them to do. I'd recommend these to anyone looking to protect a recliner, wheelchair, lift chair, or other furniture from accidents, spills, or everyday wear. They provide good protection, stay put, wash easily, and most importantly, they've been completely leak-proof in our experience. I bought this for my couch, and I’m so glad that I did. I was using a bath towel doubled over. I needed something better. This waterproof pad is perfect! It looks really nice, with quilted material. The rounded edges are finished nicely with secure stitching, and looks like this pad will withstand several washings. I’ve seen other pads that had unfinished edges, and they all had bad reviews. The reverse side has the no-slip rubber beaded finish that keeps this pad from moving around at all. It doesn’t even move when I lay down on it. The top side is smooth, doesn’t get caught up on materials. I haven’t had any accidents yet, but I’m sure it’ll protect my couch. I highly recommend this pad.

These are great pads for recliners. I bought a second set for the chair arms. My small dog likes to sit on the arm of the chair and the pad doesn’t move and is washable. They do the job of protecting.

These waterproof chair pads work great and it's great that they are machine washable! They also wipe off nicely with a damp cloth. The color and size are true to the product description. I would definitely recommend buying!

This is a high quality product and not to be confused with inferior similar ones. The pad is very absorbent with no apparent let through to the surface below. The backing is conveniently flexible, waterproof and has dimples to help the pad stay located securely. Washing is at low temperature (cold) but I seem to manage ok with 30deg C followed by a warm tumble dry. I have tried to reorder but the genuine Sures item no longer seems available on Amazon or elsewhere in UK at a sensible price. I ordered what I thought was Sures and it has turned out to be a much cheaper and obviously inferior product. I do hope they reappear soon. Since I wrote this review I did a search on Amazon.com and found the Sures pads listed and available. I was able to order just as I do with the UK site and after just a few days 2 more pads arrived at home in UK. Ordering 2 with the US shipping charges was only a few pounds more than I would have paid on the UK site. So if you find out of stock or unavailable do check the US Amazon rather than accept an inferior product.

Looks attractive and absorbs well. It gives the extra security I need to avoid accidents. I already bought a second one to rotate but I think I will buy a third to keep in a different area. I really loves this discreet item.
