20-30 mmHg Compression Stockings for Men and Women, Thigh High Length, Dot-Top, Open Toe

I had a knee replacement in June of 2025, and was told to wear 20-30 compression stockings (that go above the knee) to avoid DVT. At first I ordered a couple of pairs from a medical supply company which were outrageously expensive, about 3-4x as expensive as these, and which did not fit well even though I looked up my size on that site using my inseam--they rose too high and dug into my upper thigh/groin, extremely uncomfortable--and which also weren't tough enough: my fingernail that is barely past the end of my finger put a hole right through them. So much for the medical supply expensive brands. So I found this brand on Amazon. 1. They are very reasonably priced. 2. The small size fit me, a very short person, perfectly. 2. The material is very tough. I've never put a hole in them with a fingernail, and I've taken some walks in the woods where briars slid right over the material with out nicking it. Furthermore, the compression feels exactly the same as the expensive kind and helps control the swelling in my knee. I ordered open-toed at first to let my toes breathe in the summer months when i wear mostly sandals, but once cold weather arrived and I wanted to wear socks, the open-toed type would roll up to my arch inside the socks, so I ordered several pair of closed-toed, too. I love these!

I had a very extensive DVT blood clot a few months ago and I have tried compression socks/stockings with different features. More compression. Less compression. Toeless. With a toe. These were the first that had the silicon dots at the top of them to keep them from slipping. These were also the first ones that went all the way up my thigh (I'm a short man - 5'2"). My issue with most of my other compression garments is that they would barely go above the knee, and then fall down a bit. With my condition, I felt my PTS (post-thrombotic syndrome) more when the compression didn't go above the knee. This product does not fall down. This product doesn't feel weird at the toe (that happened with other toeless compression socks/stockings). I also think they look pretty good. And the compression is pretty good as well, although it doesn't feel as strong as the compression does in my other 20-30mmHg compression socks. If you have experience putting on compression garments, these are not that difficult to put on, although if you are new to them this may be difficult at first. And given that these have the thickness more like tights, I do worry a little about the longevity of these. But with everything, I am very grateful for this product. It's well made and it is comfortable to wear. And they don't fall down! Yay!

I’m 5’7”, 126lbs and the size small fits nicely. Snug enough to stay up but not too tight. Good compression level for all day wear.

Did a careful measurement and found myself a bit between small and medium. Bought both sizes and ended up returning the mediums and I couldn't be happier. These hit my upper thighs in exactly the right place AND they stay up all day without drifting or rolling down. They give a lot of support, but are comfortable to wear. Had a different brand from a previous surgery and although they are more compressive, they are impossible to get on and off AND are too long for my legs. I recommend the Truforms!

The elastic top did not stay put! Kept sliding down n off my upper thigh! I had to keep pulling the compression garments legs up! Wore them one time!

The Product in general is fine, but the silicone to Hold On is uncomfortable

These fit well and are as comfortable as compression socks can be I would say. I’m slim with a smaller frame so a lot of things don’t fit me properly.

These compression stocking were exactly as advertised. And the price is quite good.

For the price it really works .I am using it for last 3-4 months it works and cheap substitute for Sibvargis stocking which cost$ 250. All thou it little tight on knee so difficult to run in this but if you long standing Job its amazing.

I followed the sizing, but these were far too tight. I had to return them. I wanted them for an 8 hour flight and there was no way I'd be able to wear them.
