Good looking and functional!

The media could not be loaded.  I liked everything about this trim except that the knob sticks out from the escutcheon plate by nearly 3/8 of an inch. I installed the new valve exactly as specified but it appears to me the whole valve assembly should have been installed about 1/4” back from what was specified in the instructions. I called Moen and was told that’s a common complaint and that I didn’t do anything wrong. My guess is their installation specs or instructions are wrong and thus the problem. I can’t believe that when you pay top price for quality that you’re stuck looking at a Philips head escutcheon screw and that’s normal. Maybe if this was a $99 cheap one I could accept it but when I paid nearly $800 for this hardware it should fit perfectly. Jim

Install instructions were fine. I love the fit and function of this shower valve. I use the diverter valve to switch between tub fill and shower. A little different than most, but I don't like having to pull the tab up at the tub fill ever time.

Great product!

After finally remodeling my restroom the plumber attached my Moen shower head and transfer plate. It wasn't until I took my first shower that I noticed the hot/cold indicators were on the wrong side. I am very disappointed that this occurred. It is too late to return it as my restroom took a month to complete before we could use it and now I can no longer return my product to Amazon for a proper replacement. I expect only the best from Moen and clearly this was not their best. When you receive your product be sure to check those indicator lights so you don't get stuck with a defective one like me.

Do not buy!!! Top handle is DESIGNED to sit over half an inch from the plate...really unbelievable
