Very well made and useful on the flat top grill. Perfect to either melt cheese on top or to hold things at warm temperature until the rest of the meal is easy to come off of the grill. The dome sits over top of the rack but does not come all the way down just fyi. I didn’t realize that but am still very pleased with it.

So very useful especially for making grilled sandwiches etc as it keeps the heat in!

I’ve been using this Cuisinart melting dome for a couple of years now, and it’s still in great shape! It’s perfect for melting cheese on my griddle—I use it for grilled cheese, cheeseburgers, and even omelets. The stainless steel construction is sturdy and well-made, and it does a great job trapping heat for fast, even melting.I usually wash it by hand, but my son has tossed it in the dishwasher multiple times, and it has held up just fine. I think the 9-inch size is versatile—not too big, not too small. Cuisinart never disappoints! Highly recommend to anyone who loves cooking on a griddle!

I work from home and often make breakfast or lunch to eat at my desk, but the food would get cold before I could finish it. Now I just cover my small plate with one of these between bites, and the food stays warm.

Excellent for restaurant flat top.

This is nice, the cover works well on our outdoor griddle and the rack is useful. Be aware that the cover rests on the rack, and doesn't go over it to rest directly on the griddle. So if you are using them together, don't expect the bottom of the rack to be covered, as the cover will be resting on top of it.
