AIDAHD-NDI-200 Full HD NDI|HX2 HDMI POV Camera

I’m wondering what else I’m doing incorrectly.I’ve made sure the latest firmware is installed.MacOS drivers installed. Rebooted.The spherical bowl look is pretty bad for me. Usually an issue with wide angle lens. I didn’t think this would be so bad given the physical depth they had to work with. Attached a pic.Some pluses! Easy to setup. Compact. Zero browser accessibility issues.Could be a great security cam but if you’re close up it could cause some distortion of features.Unfortunately it has to be returned.FYI, I was on a call with the PTZ version and didn’t notice any distortion.

Tested both hdmi and ndi connections. Everything looks good. Power and color control over a lan cable is nice
