Would this work for attaching lace fabric to mason jars?

Would i use this to put glitter on mason jars

I have never treid that, and while it would certainly work, how it would look in the end is uncertain. Mod Podge has some thickness to it.

is this dishwasher or safe to be hand washed if used on glass?

I would not put it in the dishwasher. Normally any kind of glassware that has an additional layer like paint or mod podge needs to be heated onto thesurface to adhere. Since I am not a Mod Podge representative I am not certain of the process for it on glass. I have only used it or porous surfaces like wood. My best guess, it is not dishwasher safe, but you could test it on an old jar and then put it in the dishwasher to see if it peels. off.
