I have been taking it for months and I have to say it is hard to see what impact this supplement really have.The product itself, though, has good design and comes with a measuring cup.I think I am overall just hesitated to confirm it's effect.

Price is Right!
Not a full potency Shilajit, but has a good flavor and easy to get a daily dose. Does have a great jar and not hard to open and keep it from getting all over as some do and Price for Quantity is excellent!!!!
