Is this product gluten free?

It is lard! 100% Animal fat-no gluten. But It does have BHT and BHA.

Are there any preservatives in the lard?

No. It's not even hydrogenated, which is used as a preservative in many oils. I buy this because the stuff in the store IS hydrogenated. I keep mine in the fridge and it was fine for several months.

Can this lard be frozen, with no negative results?

Yes you can freeze tender flake lard just like butter it thaws beautifully
