Strap is made from soft and comfortable webbing materials with hook and loop hand and light fasteners.

Terrible quality!
Bought a tovatec 1000 fusion light. The strap claims its "universal" for all their lights. This is not true. The stitching ripped out on my first dive almost losing my light. Terrible quality!

Unwieldy and unusable
This thing is an unusable contraption which looks good in the picture but is really unwieldy when you try to wear and use it.
