This is quite possibly the best yoga/workout mat on Amazon. I tried and returned 4 other mats before getting to this one. I LOVE this mat. I do HIIT-style workouts at home and I needed a mat that was thick enough to cushion my feet/knees/wrists and did not slip on my hard tile floor. This mat finally did all of those things. It’s thick enough that my wrists and knees do not hurt during floor exercises. It does NOT slip on the tile floor even during fast lateral moves. And I do not slip on it even when I’m sweaty. And to top it all off, it comes in a pretty color. I could not be happier. It’s also a nice size. I’m 5’10” and I wish it was a little longer, but it’s not the end of the world. However, if they ever made this exact mat in a longer version, I would buy it. It is bigger than most “normal” yoga mats I’ve bought, so please don’t let my comment on size discourage you from this product. All I’m saying is that if a longer one ever existed, I would get it. Haha. Another couple pluses that I just thought of: it’s easy to wipe down and clean and it unrolls nicely and becomes flat pretty quickly. I tried a couple other thick mats and the end never fully unfurled. I don’t roll this up super tight, so that probably helps. Also, it seems like it has a sturdy surface that won’t flake or crack. One of the other mats had splits in the surface of it after only one use. I’ve used this one a couple times now with shoes on and the surface is still intact. This one MIGHT even resist dog nails, but I love this mat so much that I am NOT letting my baby on it (no matter how hard he tries)! Wow, I just talked so long about a yoga mat… now y’all know how amazing it is. Don’t try to get the $30 ones if you want a thick mat that won’t slip on hard floors. I’ve tried almost all of them. Just get this one! Update: Only downside of this mat is the horribly useless strap that comes with it. I just re-bought this mat about a year after buying my first one and, despite all the negative comments about the strap, this company is still using the same one. Such a shame. It’s way too small, so it’s hard to get over the mat, and then you’re left with just a teeny length in the middle with which to carry it. I still love the mat though and I’m only buying it again to have one for my mom when she comes to visit.

Exactly what I needed. I like it's wider and longer than your usual yoga mats. The colors are true to picture and really nice. I find it just the right thickness, it's a little thicker than your average yoga mat. It seems to be holding up well, It hasn't ripped after use and I've used it quite a bit.

I've been using this yoga mat for a while now, and it has made my workouts much more comfortable. I originally bought it because my old mat was too thin and my knees would start to hurt during yoga sessions. After switching to this one, I noticed the extra cushioning right away, especially during floor exercises and longer stretching routines. The extra thick padding provides excellent support for the knees, elbows, and back without feeling overly soft or unstable. It offers a good balance of comfort and firmness, helping me feel secure during both standing poses and balance exercises. The surface also has a nice grip that helps prevent slipping, even during more active workouts. It is lightweight enough to move around easily and simple to clean after use.

Love the oversize, more space for mat exercising and great for yoga, as well. Great cushioning on wood flooring and stays in place! It’s a great value, compared to using the thinner mats. There’s no slipping during yoga. Cleaning is easy, just with disinfectant wipes. The odor which is described, dissipates very quickly & no issues! I bought a carrying bag, for easier transport. The carry strap was too flimsy…don’t use it. Once you go to the wider mat, you’ll never go back! Easy carrying! Love the colors…pink top with blue bottom! Great investment!

Nice thick foam! I had knee repair surgery years ago, with lingering knee pain since. Especially when doing some yoga poses. Wow what a difference this pad has made. Material used isn’t slippery; instead has a nice grip for stable support. The kids love them as much as I do for yoga, meditation and tumbling.

Wow, this is a really nice, high quality yoga mat. I highly recommend this to anyone that has hardwood floors and want a nice pad for yoga and stretching. Well worth the money.
