Save your money get something else
After use if one year and 2 months this is the condition. I purchased it in november 2023. From feb 2025 it started leaking gas. After three complaints, no resolution till date every 2-3 days the service centre guys call and give excuses. No service in bangalore city i cant image the condition in tier 2 or tier 3 city. I am not sure what is wrong with pigeon, but the customer care support executives are making excuses. They are just saying that rusting is not our problem and it is not covered under warranty. The Service Center people are saying that the rusting happened because we repaired the gas from outside. I donโt know what is the logic behind this, but worst service from pigeon. I do not recommend this product to anyone completely devastated since the last five months, there is no resolution of the complaint and they are not helping at all. in five months, I have Complaint four times and the service person has visited our home around 6 to 7 times. They come click the photos and go and WhatsApp the photos two days later then again two days later, they ask us to send the photos, and this is only that is happening. There is no resolution worst product ever everything is just rusted and breaking down and they are not helping us. They are not accepting that this is a manufacturing fault. They are saying that this is because of us. A gas stove is supposed to be near water. I donโt know how rusting is our problem. I have used โน800 Surya gas and they are far better than this. they donโt rust even after 15 years, horrible product from pigeon, please, avoid. Update: They denied service completely. This is waste.

Very good product I have used from last one and half year daily and its energy efficiency is good and very easy to cleaning the glass quality as also good it looks like very expensive appearance

Defective Gas Stove with Extremely Poor Customer Support
I am extremely disappointed with this Pigeon gas stove. It has been one of the worst kitchen appliances I have purchased. Within two months of use, the stove developed serious issues. The flame started coming out from underneath the burner instead of burning properly from the top,as well as gas leakage making it unsafe to use. Despite contacting customer service and the service center multiple times, the issue was not resolved satisfactorily. The after-sales service was poor, and getting proper support was frustrating. I expected better quality and safety from a reputed brand, but this product failed on both.
