Great monitor, but even better customer service
I have a 6 month old and a 2 year old who don't sleep in the same room yet, so having a monitor where I can view and hear both of them is essential. I had a single monitor I liked but didn't want to deal with having 2 monitors to charge, tote around, etc., so I got this one. I didn't think my old single monitor had bad night vision until I got this, it's a whole level up! I don't write reviews often, but this company is so awesome I just had to; read on and you'll see why. Here's my breakdown: PROS: 1. Great battery life! Even with the screen on it lasts all night if we forget to plug it in. I don't think it's as long as the advertised 14 hrs, but it never is as long as they say with any product. This has the best battery of any monitor with this size screen that I've seen. 2. Excellent night vision, and the infrared light on the camera isn't noticeable in the dark 3. Split screen is good, and controls are intuitive. 4. Temperature calibration. I've never seen this feature on another monitor. Usually, the temperature probe on the camera measures way to high, like at least 10 deg F, either due to sensitivity issues or placement in the room. Being able to adjust this so it's giving me an accurate reading is really cool. 5. Best customer service I've ever experienced! About 10 months after we got this thing, the monitor stopped holding a charge. I reached out to moonybaby and they instructed me to test it out to determine if it was the monitor or the battery that needed replacement. At first we thought it was the battery because it was working plugged in without the battery in, so they expedited a new battery to me... but before the night was over the monitor would no longer power on; I guess when it went out, it went out in parts, then fully. Regardless of having already sent me a battery, they expedited me a brand new monitor, and didn't ask me to send back the new battery or the old monitor. And it got here the next day! On a Sunday. CONS: 1. Power button is hard to press, like you're not sure if it is pressed or not because it's so hard/sticky. The replacement monitor we got was a lot better, so maybe it was only our original monitor that was the issue. 2. Microphones are overly sensitive and a bit tinny. But I'm not recording an acapella album here, so this never bothered me. Many might find the sensitivity a good thing. I never have to have the volume up past level 2 or 3. 3. No clock on the screen. OTHER: Can't hear both cameras at the same time, but that's literally all the multi-camera monitors out there. There is a feature to scan between the cameras for 10 seconds at a time, which is as good as it gets.

Best Customer Service! Best Monitor!
This is my first review on Amazon only because this monitor is King! We have two boys aged two years apart and this monitor is amazing quality and amazing battery life comparably speaking. After a year of having it though the charger port got messed up and no matter what angle the charger was at the monitor was not staying charged. I reached out to customer service and they asked a couple of trouble shooting questions and we landed on the fact that it just needed to be replaced. They sent a replacement, but in the meantime we went to Target to grab a different split monitor to use in the meantime while it was being shipped. My gosh was the Motorola from target absolutely terrible. I thought buying the moonybaby was a cheaper option but to my surprise the features that this monitor has completely outshines anything in stores. Luckily our replacement came in the next day because we couldn’t go another day without the moonybaby split monitor. The night vision on this thing is very crisp and the battery life can last us a whole night and then even a nap before having to charge it back up. The split screen is super simple and the buttons and workings on the monitor are just super easy and common sense. The “other” monitor had crazy loud clicks every time you hit a button and you had to go through multiple clicks to get to one screen or the other. I honestly can’t believe they sell those things in stores. Moonybaby should be sold everywhere. Thank you so much for your quick reply and quick shipping we couldn’t be more grateful to have this monitor and cameras.

Would buy again
Leading with the cons: my biggest complaint is that the cameras just lose signal now and then, especially my camera 2. So sometimes it just glitches and the screen will go off on one or both cameras (no, I’m not too far away with the monitor, I’m just in the room next door). Next, the battery life isn’t phenomenal, I have to leave it plugged in already for anything more than a couple hours and haven’t had the camera more than a couple months. I have the two cameras in the same room over my twins cribs- one is reading 76° and one is 72° so that’s not accurate, however I personally don’t care about the temp part anyhow. PROS- it’s a clear picture, night vision works great, it can be as loud or quiet as you’d like, it’s nice to bring outside with me when the babes are asleep. It really is a good camera and I’m more happy than not with it, especially for the price!

Great set up in general
BabySense, which replaced our terrible and WAY over priced Infant Optics (why is that one so popular? Sorry but it sucks) anyways the BabySense died after the 3rd battery change in 1.5 years plus it stopped charging all together. So we went with this as we were tired of the battery issues. So far so good, plug and play set up, the split screen with selectable sound monitor is a game changer. Instead of it bouncing around we leave the sound on the youngest, just 1 press if we want the other room and have the split screen set to see both at all times. It's leagues better than the switching. We lost the ability to move the camera remote, but really never used it. Video quality right on par, if not a hair better than BabySense. Night is good too for seeing where baby is, can make out eyes open vs closed. If you're looking for extreme details like breathing movement you're not going to see that, but none of the 3 monitors we've had could. Temp is a little off, but not a big deal once you know. Already my favorite of the 3 if the battery life holds more than a few months in it is a hands down no questions asked best of the 3.

Best Monitor Ever & Excellent Customer Service
I love this baby monitor. I use it to watch not only my toddler but my autistic son while they sleep at night just to make sure they both are safe. The screen is great quality and is not grainy, if it does get this way the built in antenna is excellent to fix that. The light on the camera is on the back of it so it isn’t bright in their rooms when hung up, the options on the camera are very useful for us with the split screen & brightness & more, volume options are fantastic (on or off options too). My monitor went bad after 2.5 years, I contacted the company and they are sending me a complimentary replacement. I appreciate that they stand behind their product by this action alone. I will be recommending this monitor to as many parents I know. I highly recommend this monitor and company.

Large screen, great support after the sale
We have had a few baby monitors and this is one of the better ones. Dual cameras have good resolution even in the dark. We did have a problem with the monitor itself 10 months after owning it. None of the buttons worked, but the monitor still performed as needed. We reached out to customer support and they had a replacement within the week. Realize that the monitor gets constant abuse from adults dropping it to kids carrying it around so all in all I think it held up very well. And for the company to replace it no questions asked is a win in my book.

Best monitor for 2 under 2.
Image, sound and battery life is great. A few things that are not great are the dimming setting is poor. If u run a sound machine u will hear it too but it doesn’t not affect baby’s noises. My biggest one is when u split the screen the camera lens zooms in a bit and sometimes baby is out of angle therefore u can no longer see their face unless u adjust camera. BUTTTT it’s still a really good monitor in comparison to the infant optics original monitor and better pricing than the infant optics pro.

This is great until the power issues start and it’s useless
Update: I received the replacement and the monitor and battery seem to work fine but it will not connect to the existing cameras so I had to use the new cameras they sent with the replacement monitor and the quality of the picture is awful and they stay in night mode even when it is bright in the room. Amazon said they can not do anything but process a return for a refund. They said they can not get an answer from the manufacturer but I could try if I wanted. I guess I will have to return the product and I am VERY disappointed in Amazon’s customer service as well and the continued issues with this product. Original post: This monitor worked great until I plugged it in to charge one evening and it never came back on. Only used it 6 weeks before the problem. I requested a replacement and had to jump through all the hoops so we will see what happens. I bought this one because we had purchased the same one two years ago and it worked great until one day around 6 months in, the battery would no longer charge. We contacted the company and they were great. They told us to keep to original and we received the replacement the next day. The replacement worked great for about 8 months and then just stopped working. We could not get it to power on again. We thought it was worth the money for the year plus that they worked. I am not happy with this one working on 6 weeks and having to wait so long for a replacement and also having to send the broken one back. Just buy the other brand!
