Coats Moon Assorted Sewing Thread - Set of 10 reels

I use Coats Moon sewing thread for my sewing machine, and it’s fantastic. The thread is strong, smooth, and doesn’t break easily. The variety of colours is great for all my projects, making it easy to match fabrics. My stitches look neat and professional. I now use Coats Moon instead of Gutermann due to the good quality for the price, though I find it has a bit more 'fuzz,' which can make threading needles more frustrating.

… Having purchased the 'Coats Moon Assorted Sewing Thread - Box of 10 reels' for a gift for someone, sadly, it did not survive transit and the box was badly damaged upon arrival, but all the content was intact. The gift was very well received; the sewing thread, I understand from feedback, is of good quality and the variety of colour shades is most handy to work with. Whilst writing can I just thank the customer service team I spoke with (December '22) at Andrew Enterprise; they despatched a new replacement box so the reels of thread could be wrapped and gifted. You did not have to do this, but I am glad you did and so very grateful to you.

Great Coats quality good choice of colours

I'm beginner in sewing so new to the different types of brand of threads available. I was using threads that I got from Lidl sewing kit, but the thread tangled and knotted when I tried to hand sew. I have also used another cheap quality thread that I bought as a sewing starter kit from Amazon. Coats Moon is by far superior in quality, has not knotted during basic needle sewing like the cheaper brands. I'm looking forward to using the threads in my sewing machine, I suspect that some of the thread issues I encountered while using my machine is because the threads were cheap.

Disappointed as packaging flimsy and damaged as seen in photos. If it had been a gift l would have asked for a refund. Also the pink and beige spools did not have protective plastic cover. I have only given 3 stars as yet to use the threads. Yes l should have returned the order but seemed more trouble than it was worth.

Bought for daughter in law who has taken up sewing. She'd bought some 'basic' threads in a set but found them to be substandard. I ordered this set for her, as I use no other thread, have been using Coats for years, for me personally it's the best by far. She absolutely loved this box of threads, not only the colour choice, but the durability. She is now a convert to Coats Moon thread. Will be buying her more!! Decent price, super quick delivery, happy d-i-l, happy me!!
