I love this - sturdy, despite looking thin and dainty. I accidentally hit other dishes against it while putting them away, and nothing happened, no chips. Does not leak when pouring tea. Infuses well, and you can move the strainer up and down if needed (there's a handle) to even out the infusion. If I pour up to the max recommended level (900ml), it ends up serving me two cups and almost a full medium-sized thermos. The pot teapot, however, does not retain heat very well by itself. So I fill up a cup, then pour it out into the thermos. And the rest I can drink if I'm done with my cup fast enough or I'll let it sit and then pour the chilled tea over ice.

Great for health-conscious brewing, but a few quirks I switched to this glass kettle to avoid the nanoplastics in tea bags, and overall, it’s a solid little pot. It is a bit smaller than my last one (more of a traditional tea size), so just keep that in mind if you’re used to a larger kettle. The infuser works well, though I’ve noticed some fine tea particles getting into the water. To be fair, I’ve been cutting open tea bags and dumping the tea in rather than using true loose-leaf, so the tea is likely just too fine for the mesh. I usually just run it through a strainer afterward to clear it up. My only real complaint is the small top lid above the infuser. It’s surprisingly difficult to pull off, which can be a bit of a pain when you're ready to brew. Aside from that, it's a nice, clean way to make tea!

This pot was worth the money. You can put loose tea, tea bags or coffee in the basket. It works great making a pot of tea is perfect.

UPDATE: received the replacement tea pot which name on well wrapped and intact. Parts remove so easy to clean Absolutely love it Didn’t get a chance to use it. Arrived all broken. I’m sending back for a replacement then will update this review

Muy bien. Cristal grueso, filtro de acero inoxidable, soporta muy bien el calor y no quema por fuera. Es bastante grande, da para hacerte té para todo el día. No he probado a ponerla directamente sobre el fuego, no sé si vale para fuego directo.

E' il secondo bollitore-teiera che acquisto. Il primo, altra marca, non aveva del tutto soddisfatto le mie aspettative perchè aveva la parte inferiore in metallo, utile se hai il gas, o l' induzione, il resto in vetro borosilicato, tappo e filtro in metallo fisso. Il problema, con l'andare del tempo è stato il non poter pulire il fondo anche lasciando giorni e giorni l 'aceto, dando così un idea di sporco, di ruggine. Quindi ho deciso di comprarne una interamente in vetro, con le parti in metallo amovibili. Non l' ho ancora provata sul gas, ma non ho dubbi che sia perfetta, si smonta tutta, si lava bene fondo compreso, interno ed esterno, senza problemi. Esteticamente molto bella, piaciuta anche alle amiche, e quando versi il liquido non ci sono perdite lungo la teiera, perchè il beccuccio ha una forma che aiuta a versarlo nella tazza. Consiglio l' acquisto
