I was skeptical about using a ceramic knife. I did not think it would be sharp enough. As it turned out - this is the best knife I ever had.

This is sharp, don’t be fooled. But I love it for small fruits and vegetables. Works like a charm, and super handy. Root vegetables I prepped the big knife, but this knife works for apples. And super sharp for tomatoes.

I ordered this knife to replace another I had gotten as part of a set 1 &1/2 years ago. So I needed a specific size to fit in the display holder, and a color to coordinate with those already on hand. This worked perfectly.

I like this ceramic paring knife very much, it is light weight and so sharp that I can very easy to paring any fruits or vegetables.This Knife is very easy to clean and look like it has a sharping thing in the cover which means It will be very sharp any time when I need to use it.

Don’t buy. I give 3 stars because it was a great knife. But here less than a year after purchase and only cutting citrus the blade chipped and broke

My second ceramic knife and this one was not nearly as sharp as the first one. This one can't slice a tomato unless you use the point to puncture it first to get the cut started.

I want a knife with round edge instead of pointy edge for packing lunch and this one works just fine. I like the protective cover.
