I’m very impressed with the Scriveiner Fountain Pen. The pen feels solid and well-balanced in hand, with a premium build that exceeds expectations for the price. Writing is smooth and consistent, with excellent ink flow and no skipping or scratchiness. As someone relatively new to fountain pens, I found this pen easy and enjoyable to use right out of the box. I’ve tried this lovely pen in both the fine and extra fine nib. Love both but for my personal use extra fine worked best! I love this pen, the weight is just right. Writes smoothly in either nib, and is very well crafted. I’ve researched and looked a several in person. This one is classic in style, has everything you need to get started. Comes with cartridges and an inverter to use bottled ink if you like. Ink stores well in the pen and you don’t worry about running out. This one is a winner! Looks, feels and writes like much higher end fountain pen. Excellent value!

This is about as lovely a fountain pen as you can get. It writes sooo smoothly and looks absolutely gorgeous. It pulls the ink to the tip beautifully, and it doesn't leak. This pen glides across the paper. It has a little "heft" to it without being heavy or weighed down. Everything you could possibly want in a fountain pen. I have been using it all the time since I bought it as a Christmas present for myself. In fact, I was using it so much that I just set it down on my side table along with my journal in a place where my puppy could jump up and get to it. And yes, she did what puppies do and chewed the barrel of my gorgeous new pen. The good news is that her puppy teeth only dented the barrel. The converter still works perfectly, and so does the pen. The only damage is to the aesthetics. Even though it's a pretty good story to have about your much-loved fountain pen, I also loved the way it used to look! Well, this story has a very happy ending. I reached out to Scriveiner customer service and explained what happened. They're sending me a replacement. So... five stars for this pen, all the way around. Five stars for the way it writes, five stars for the way it looks, and five stars for their excellent customer service. (Thank you Catherine!) If you love fine writing instruments, do not hesitate to get this pen. And keep it away from your puppy.

Excellent fountain pen for most writing and/or drawing. I use this pen to write special cards, notes, or communication pieces. I also journal with this in an expensive journal I'm creating for my daughter. The pen is very exquisite looking and handles writing so easily, as fountain pens go. I do some calligraphy for special notes and correspondence and this pen is exceptional in that regard. Easy to use if you're not used to fountain pens and a great "starter" pen for it. It works equally as well with either cartridges or with the included plunger (for use with bottled ink).

This is a beautifully made fountain pen that feels luxurious, well-balanced, and professional right out of the box. The converter works well, and the gift box presentation is excellent — it truly feels like a high-end product. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the nib needed a short break-in period to reach its smoothest performance, and the grip section can feel slightly slick during extended writing. Overall, though, this is a classy, reliable, and impressive pen that delivers great value for the price and makes a fantastic gift or everyday professional writer.

This is my third Scriveiner fountain pen. These pens write beautifully and made me more inspired to write. The fine nib glides across paper, and the dark rich color is exquisite to look at and admire! Just get one!

The 5☆ review for the Scriveiner is greatly merited, warranted, apposite, and germane. I have four Scriveiner Pens.. two Fountains (black and blue inked) and two Rollerballs (black and blue inked).. and everyone in school loves them. They are a 'brand new brand' built with some 'serious design attitude' using excellent materials and durable third party parts from reputable manufacturers.. such as Schmidt.. and is made in China (under strict quality controls) in order to keep a very high quality, luxury pen affordable. As someone who's pretty much a connoisseur of pens.. I am behooved to aver that this pen is.. in terms of aesthetics, quality, reliability, and durability.. up there with Aurora, Lammy 2000, Caran d'Ache 849, Waterman (Carene, Bleu De Paris, the Man 100s), Pelikan Souveran, Cartier (Santos and Panthere), DuPont, Mont Blanc 149, Visconti, and so on... The difference between the named and other high end models, is they have more bells and whistles than the Scriveiner.. other than that, Scriveiners are just as elegant and dependable for very much less money. I don't particularly like Chinese made goods, but the Scriveiner Pens are an exception to that 'rule', as it were... . .

À peine l'encre fut remplie, le stylo Scriveiner à plume Fine s'est employé à tracer de belles lettres sur le papier. Produit de grande qualité, dont le poids n'est pas dérangeant et qui fonctionne parfaitement depuis 2 semaines, quotidiennement. Le capuchon s'emboîte avec une légère résistance, qui s'assouplie au fil des utilisations. Très beau stylo. Je recommande.

Es una pluma con buen peso y balance, con apariencoa muy fina, color rojo muy llamativa, su escritura es suave; biene con 2 cartuchos y un cartucho rellenable que funciona muy bien. Seria un muy buen regalo en caso que asi fuera.

Esta pluma siempre está dispuesta, después de tres o cuatro días, sin usar, lo hace instantáneamente, un plumin de trazo suave y limpio, está pluma en este momento solo es comparable con mi Montblanc, tengo plumas Waterman, Parker, Schafer altas de gama, y para nada son mejores. La estética es clásica,,,muy bonita, y el cierre del capuchón es impecable. La recomiendo

Een fijne vulpen die ook lekker in de hand ligt en een aanwinst op je bureau is. Ook voor linkshandige mensen te gebruiken want de pen blijft altijd schrijven.

Inte helt nöjd med skrivupplevelsen då spetsen är ganska "vass". Fungerar absolut och är otroligt snygg.
