Always take this before bed to have a more restful sleep. Use during the day occasionally if feeling stressed or tired. Helps me to relax and focus. I have been using this product for a couple of years now with good consistent results. Have tried other brands but prefer the taste and quality of this brand.

Only received this yesterday but am a regular user of Hemp oil (for anxiety / depression / sleep & pain issues) so know what it can do / the ways it can help.I took this just before bedtime and it helped me get to sleep and I didn't toss and turn (just woke up when the alarm went off to my delight). This oil obviously was very relaxing and stopped the overthinking / worrying that can keep me awake at night and make my sleep horrible.It is the strongest I've bought, and was very reasonably priced for a 60ml bottle - thank you (will certainly buy again, it's a shame this cant be prescribed by the Dr tbh).

Used for knee pain and swelling. After about 4 days the swelling was gon, and the pain was relieved from the start! Try it! No side effects for me. If you have doubts, just search online for effects of hemp oil. Then go for it!
