Synergee Core Sliders - Dual Sided for Use on Carpet or Hardwood

As someone that needs a low-impact workout that actually WORKS, my new pink Synergee Gliding Discs are the answer! I don't have a gym membership, but for the price of these amazing discs, I felt I had nothing to lose! I have a crushed vertebrae in my lower back, as well as a herniated disc in my upper back from an accident; I also needed double hip surgery 3 years ago and will need a full hip replacements at some point in the next few years. Whew! 😥 I am definitely not overweight, however, I did have 3 children (my kids are still rather young), so I can definitely use some toning! There are several different exercises you can do with these great little discs. I get a nice workout for my abs, buns, and inner thighs, which is where I feel the need for the most "help". I've used these discs on my hardwood floors, laminate flooring, as well as several low pile area rugs, and they work beautifully on all of the surfaces I've mentioned. I haven't tried the discs on higher pile ("fluffier') carpet or stone/ceramic flooring, but can see how those types of flooring may give a bit more resistance, amounting to a tougher workout. These "wonder discs" most assuredly work out the areas I feel need more toning, while still being gentle on the areas I've had injuries/surgery. The size of these discs as well as being as lightweight as they are make them very convenient for traveling- they barely take up any room at all! I can even stash them in my handbag if I needed to! What other exercise equipment can you say that about? 😄 If you're a busy mom (or dad!) like me, or travel a lot for work or pleasure but still want to stay on an exercise regimen, these discs are the answer! They are my "Holy Grail" of exercise equipment. My only regret is not knowing about them/buying them sooner!

I was looking to change up my bodyweight exercise routine for something new, interesting, and challenging; and the slider looked to be a cheap and effective exercise tool. This is my second week using the sliders and I like it. One side is for carpets and the other side is for hardwood or tile flooring. I’ve only used my slider on a basketball hardwood floor and it slides easily. When doing sliding exercises with your feet on the slider, you do have to exert some pressure or else the slider will slip away from your feet. YouTube has some excellent slider exercise videos if you don’t know how to use a slider in an exercise program. If you use the smooth side on a carpet, one YouTuber suggested rubbing and wiping off a small amount of Rain-X if you need the slider to glide more smoothly. If you’re afraid the Rain-X might ruin your carpet, the YouTuber recommends going to a carpet store and buying cheap carpet remnants. The Synergee Slider is basically a furniture slider that you can buy at any Home Depot or similar home improvement store. The retail cost of a furniture slider from Home Depot and the Synergee Slider from Amazon is fairly comparable. I went with the Synergee Slider from Amazon because shipping was free so I saved gas money by not going to Home Depot. If you’re really unsure you want to spend the money or not sure sliders will be an effective exercise tool, you can try using paper or plastic plates; but these alternatives will only work on a carpeted surface.

I recently received the Synergee Sliders and have to say that they are a wonderful addition to my workout program. I use these during my ab work and can definitely feel it in my abs, legs, obliques, and arms during and after use. I don't have any issues with my feet sliding off of the discs, however, I did realize you have to use the correct foot placement in order for them to slide correctly. The first time I used them I placed my feet at the edge of the disk instead of closer to the middle which caused the discs to dig into the carpet instead of gliding on the carpet. After I adjusted my foot placement they worked great! I have had these now for about a month and incorporate them into my workouts several times a week! They are a lot of fun to use and much easier than using paper plates!!

I purchased these about 3 weeks ago after I saw someone using these on IG. I was very excited to put them to use in my home gym. I'm big on working my core and these Sliders are the best! I have tile floors and they glide so easy as these disc have double sided versatility for carpet and hardwood floors. What I'm most happy about is in the short time I have used these in my core routine, I have noticed a big difference. I feel I get a wider range of motion and a deeper flexion with each movement of my core routine. I can't wait to use these for my leg & butt routine. Hey, just so you know guys, I'm 55 years young and if I can do these and use them with ease so can any body else. Don't hesitate and deciding if you should buy these.....THEY ARE WORTH THE MONEY!!!! VERY DURABLE!!!!

Awesome turf work out with these sliders and they work well on the black and wood gym floor! They are larger than I expected and I love them!!!! Far superior to other sliders around the gym. I use them for mountain climbers, salamander walks, sundials, push aways, dynamic lunges, and more!! I have incorporated them into my group class as well as my individual training. The size and shape of the Synergee Sliders is perfect for single hands, feet and even both hands or feet depending on the drill. After using other sliders, I prefer these and the bright colors are amazing!! I am glad I invested in these. I get a lot of compliments at the gym and I prefer them over the gym provided equipment. These def put the FUN back in functional.

I was skeptical of these at first as a fitness trainer. But I gave them a shot and found that I like them for myself and some of my advanced students. I don't incorporate them into every routine for a few reasons. 1. Depending on the floor you have in your home or fitness studio/gym, they can really scuff it up. 2. If you don't have enough core strength, don't use these yet. Build up your strength before you add equipment. I prefer my students to perfect their planks before they add sliders so they can hold the position effectively and safely. Once you make progress in your plank, lunge, etc...then go ahead and add these to your exercise routine. 3. Some people don't have great balance or coordination. With some students in my classes, I worry that they would slip or fall and injure themselves because they couldn't maintain their balance, alignment, or a leg or arm flew out from under them. Otherwise, if your fit and healthy and know how to perform your exercises correctly, then go ahead and add these. You'll certainly feel the difference as you increase the effectiveness of bodyweight exercises and range of mobility.

Definitely a simple but EFFECTIVE product. I originally had my doubts, but did a simple set of mountain climbers as soon as I received them and instantly felt the additional work in my core that I don't when doing the move with out them. They worked exactly as described and how I would have hoped all while being very affordable. I have had no issues with them scratching my floors or not working as I make sure to not only use the proper side of the disk depending on what surface I am working out on. So long as you can follow the simple directions for use, you won't be disappointed by these. Great product and bonus for the cute color selections. As a heads up, the pink color is almost more of a baby pink as opposed to the darker pink that the photo shows.

I have used these discs daily since receiving them! They work perfect on hard surfaces and I have had no trouble with them slipping out from under me. I will say, when using them on a wood floor, make sure you don't have any stray rocks or anything because if it does catch on that it'll scratch the floor. Using them on the carpet gives a little more resistance, but Hey! It's working you out more, so no complain there. They travel easy, when I workout other places than at home they're easy to just throw in my bag and take them with me. I would absolutely purchase these again- the price is fair and they've been a great tool to use for my workouts. I highly recommend these discs!

Perfecto. Exactos a descripción

excelente manejo
