UPDATED- SOOO MUCH MATTING!! idk what I did wrong but my hair was SO tangled and matted if was a pain to get out and damaged my hair in areas :( buyer bewareI have been getting invisible bead extensions for 2 years — my husband was tired of us spending money on them, I looked into these micro ones and thought I’d give it a shot and OMG. If you’re somewhat handy, buy them. They are so easy to use, great quality (so far) and affordable. Light weight, soft. I got the ombré ones and it’s a perfect match. True to colors. I have been wearing extensions for almost 11 years now and I have went between clip in’s, wefts, and beads and these have by far been my favorite and the best quality I have found in and out of a salon! These are buttery soft and thick to the ends. They last with care. The color is beautiful and they match many different hair tones. I would recommend to anyone looking! I have been a customer for years and will continue to be.

**update**The company reached out to me to try and fix the problem. I ended up getting some of their tape in extensions. The color of the hair was odd, I ended up coloring them. The texture of the hair is soft and is decent quality. But, the part where the outside of the weft is (not the sticky side) is SUPER SHINY and is hard to disguise. It looks like clear tape and when my natural hair is covering it, you can see the shine underneath. I was disappointed with that and the fact they only stayed in my hair for 5 days. They were installed properly and I am careful not to put conditioner when I wash and I don't sweat a lot.I can't recommend this brand.the quality of the hair is ok, I guess. The color was gross looking😆 i still used them though. Im new to extensions. DO NOT GET THESE. I don't know if it is the brand, but I started with I TIPS from another brand and they stayed in for a long time! I only took them out because I was excited to try these, I still had some of the I TIPS left in. Within 2 DAYS (and a few sooner)THE NEW ONES FELL OUT. And these are harder to install, NOT EASIER. Only 1 ITIP came out (that was in before the micro) compared to the 6+ of this brand. Just within 2 days!!!!!! And I don't think there is anyway to reuse these. The I TIPS are easily reusable. AVOID!!!! Waste of time ans money.

Update:As soon as I reached out to Moresoo they immediately responded and were very concerned with the hair being faulty and immediately wanted to make it right. They offered to send me any hair of my choice. Their customer service and support is amazing. I am hoping that the bundle I had was just a bad batch but will update when the new hair gets here.I’ve been using the same hair company for years but heard many good things about this company and the quality of hair so I wanted to give them a try. The hair itself seems good. The bonds on the other hand, terrible. I get my extensions professionally installed and even during the installation process my stylist was having a hard time getting the bonds to seal. I’ve only had these in for 5 days and over half of the bonds have given out and the hair has slipped right out. I haven’t even washed my hair yet. . I’m a seasoned extension wearer, have been wearing U tips for years so I know how to take care of hair extensions. Just really bummed that I paid for the extensions and the install only to have them fall out 5 days later.

I’ve been ordering these for years now, and they will always be my favorite. They last me a couple of months and I usually only need one pack. High quality product for a great price. Their customer service is quick and personable. If I ever have an issue, they immediately fix it!!

Color is nice and bleeding is minimal when washed. But the quality is so-so. I've bought human hair extensions from other brands but this tangles and burns unlike the other brands. Not sure if its 100% or a synthetic mix. Won't buy again.

The hair arrived next day, which was awesome all on its’ own. No smell (thank god) and super soft. The hair didn’t taper off towards the bottom (like most extensions) making them full from top to bottom. Easy install. Minimal shedding. I’ve had issues with other brands on the quality of their products, so color me pleased. With other brands, if I accidentally clamped the keratin bond, the prong would fall out and I would be down a strand. Not an issue I have had with this brand. 10/10 recommend.

Hey girlies!!! I bought 4 packs or micro beads 24” black and gray , they are amazing !! It’s been two weeks now they don’t shed and haven’t lost any yet , I’ve washed them every two days and they are still soft like the first day I put them in my hair !! Customer services is awesome , there was a little mistake in one of the packs but as soon as I reached out to them they responded right away and fixed it ! I love those hair extensions really good quality and I recommend everyone I know to get them !!! For them to stay beautiful and silk you need to put some oil in them! Ohhh and it arrived the day it was supposed too !!

*Updated*****I’ve Worn extensions on and off for 20 years .Back in the days when you had to go into a store and there were very few stores around. Amazon has really revolutionized the industry making it something that everybody can afford . I’ve gone out of my way to try several different brands so I can bring the best quality products to my clients. When I unboxed these extensions I was happy with the thickness of the hair as well as the quality . they passed the burn test meaning that they’re real hair not synthetic mixed with real. When held up to the light you can see that they are nice and thick all the way to the ends. A lot of times you get hair that has a lot of shorter pieces in it this wasn’t like that. they went in easily and have lasted as expected. I however did not order multiple sets and so the one complaint I have is not really a complaint because it is my fault for not ordering multiple sets at the same time the colouring was quite different amongst the sets I did order. Nothing that I couldn’t fix with a little bit of toner. In all these were a good value for the price. I would recommend themUPDATE: After posting my review I was really surprised when they reached out to me and offered to do whatever it took to fix the issue I had. They honestly did not need to do this and I’m really impressed with the fact that they did it let me know that they are a really stand up group who I will have absolutely be recommending these extensions for my clients and I will Definatley keep Using them. And side note…. I’ve had no problems with slipping extensions or any of them falling out they have stayed in just fine

So i use to buy a different brand as i had a hard time finding my colour in many brands. I decided to try these ones and what a difference. This hair is full right to the ends and very soft. I have really fine thin hair that has gotten thinner due to cancer treatment and these have not pulled on my hair at all. I'm also a frequent washer due to such fine thin hair. This hair has not frizzed or tangled up. I am super impressed and will be purchasing more. Customer service is great to. they reached out to me to ask me if i was happy with my purchase. I recommend them very highly.
