I absolutely love the Gatorade Thirst Quencher powder sticks variety pack. The Fruit Punch, Lemon Lime, and Orange flavors all taste great, but I’m a huge Lemon Lime fan — so much so that I keep a small stash hidden just in case someone drinks the last cold Lemon Lime Gatorade in the fridge.My husband and almost-teenage son go through Gatorade like it’s water, especially when we’re all not feeling great, so these powder sticks are a lifesaver. I usually just leave them out on the table so everyone can grab one easily (minus my secret Lemon Lime stash and a couple of Oranges).They’re convenient, dissolve well, and taste just like bottled Gatorade. Perfect for busy households, sick days, sports, or just staying hydrated. I’ll definitely keep buying these — and yes, I’ll keep hiding the Lemon Lime ones too.

Authentic gatorade in a convenient package. I carry a couple of these on endurance bike rides. The sugar provides much needed energy and the electrolytes to prevent cramping on hot days. When possible I design my rides to include parks with drinking water available, and these are a great way to add essential nutrition to the hydration.One note is that these sticks are equivalent to half a scoop of normal gatorade powder cans from the grocery store. I typically use one stick per 24oz water bottle even though that is just 2/3 the standard strength. Another note is that these sticks are roughly 3x the cost per ounce than the normal gatorade powder cans. I wouldn't use them at home for that reason, but find the convenience worth it for consumption while out on a ride with limited room for cargo.

Great value and perfect for refilling on the go. I take them to the airport and on trips when I'll have access to water but want to save a few bucks.

My daughter’s doctor recommended Gatorade to mix with her medication to make it more palatable. I did try the bottles but that took up too much space for daily use. My grocery store quit stocking the powder form and I certainly was very thankful to find that I could order it online. Plus having the 3 flavor variety pack is very useful for keeping my daughter from tiring from the same flavor every day.
