Question 1

What do I do about F error message that won't go away?

Accepted Answer

Nothing I do will make the blinking P stop. Read all the blogs. Viper heating pad is junk. No manual or scan code is given when shipped. I got fooled by this great looking product. DO NOT BUY. mine lasted 3 weeks, now I’m looking for a new one. SHAME ON VIPEX. SHAME , SHAME

Question 2

I plugged it in to use for the first time and a "C" appears in the window and it is not heating up at all. What dies this mean?

Accepted Answer

Hello from Teruimufu, first we are sorry for that. Letter C means the controller starts self-protection because of some misuse such like fold or press on the product. Please stop the product's working for a while, then try to replug and turn it on, and repeat these operations for several times. If the heating pad still doesn't work, please contact with Teruimufu for after-sale service. We offer one-year quality guarantee. Hope it can help you.

Question 3

Flashing P will not clear… only used it twice. I have unplugged and Re plugged in 6 or so times!

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, you probably need to ask for refund. When I received mine, did the same thing. I let it sit for a few days, I laid it flat. It still works sporadically. Almost every time I use it, I still have to unplug it, to get it to work. It’s one of the worst heating pads I have owned. I know it’s frustrating.

Question 4

im returning a different product that only gets lukewarm... is this thing hot?

Hello from Teruimufu, our heating pad is used for increase blood flow and reduce pain and muscle spasms. It really differs from normal heating blanket which aims to warm. It has its own heating range and special use methods. Please be clear about that you surely need a heating pad for health care rather than a heating blanket for warm before your purchase.
