I knew this product from its previous cousin which developed a leak after 3 years. This one works as advertised..

Works great.... pumps that kayak up in no time....My original one was a little different and I popped the sides out of it, but kept using it..so now the difference in speed is amazing.

Broke after less than 10 uses. No need to get a refund or replacement. Another one would probably break as well.

Would probably last forever if they used metal parts inside. We pumped our se9 up three times before it failed. The fabric pulled out of under the ring and we could hear something rattling inside, come to find the plastic was no match for the metal pivot pin.

Agree with ALL 1 Star reviews. The pump broke to pieces after less than about 20 uses. Hard to fix, and no point to replace with the same one. That is a Total disaster!

I have had two of these in a period of about 5 years. They both failed eventually, but worked great up until failure. The bellows come loose from the strap that binds it to the plates, and the inner workings- mostly plastic pieces- give out. I am looking for a new pump, and will avoid buying this one if I can.
