Amazon Basics Briercrest Water Glasses Set, Tall Cooler Drinkware - Set of 6, 15.75-Ounce, Clear

We have been using the Basics Briercrest water glasses for a couple of months. I found that they are comfortable, reasonably sturdy and they look good. It's hard to find a nice, large water glass that isn't flimsy and thin.I'm sure if I dropped one it would break, but in daily use they are great.

These are surprisingly attractive for such a low price! They look so nice at the table setting, and wash well, are very sturdy.

When I ordered these, my biggest concern was in how much they hold and how potentially breakable they may be. Nearly 16 fl ozs, (check) The glass itself is of a thickness that should be very durable whether hand-washed or cleaned in a dishwasher (check). The weighted bottomed make them unlikely to casually be knocked over (check). Okay, that easily ticks off my primary concerns AND is aesthetically pleasing.

I looked for a good weight dinner glass/water glass and these fit the bill. They are attractive and not bottom heavy.

When I remodeled my kitchen I wanted a classic look for my glasses but durable for the grandkids. The glasses look beautiful in my glass shaker cabinets. This is my second set. In my first set not one has broken and I am not the most delicate person which is a testament to their quality. I would recommend these glasses highly without doubt. I have also purchased the juice sized set as well. You will love these glasses

Thankfully they arrived unbroken and unblemished like I saw in other reviews. They are beautiful. Now, I’m no longer ashamed offering guests a drink when all I had was coffee mugs. The thickness concerns me a little, as I feel it could be easily broken if... say... someone loaded the dishwasher wrong and it clinked another dish... but that’s an issue for another day.

I was looking for glasses for a while. I didn't like any. I didn't want to spend a lot of money as I break glasses all the time. These are sturdy, wash in a dishwasher well, and look expensive. My family thought I actually spent a lot of money on them!I really like them. They also hold the perfect amount. They are a nice weight and don't tip all over in the dishwasher. They seem to hold up well if you accidentally bang them together.

As you can see not one of them was chipped or broken. I love the feel of them , the weight of them and the size of them . Great glasses for everyday use.
