The media could not be loaded.  Okay so you wiggle the glass globe from the bottom of the rubber base. Your going to see a white reservoir troupe thing in there you take off that part make sure units unplugged. Okay once you pull it off you will see a tiny pad you add your own essential oil this doesn’t come with essential oil. Okay then you feel the upper part where same part is with water to the fill line the little book says waterless but that’s not true add water to the fill line. Once you have done this put it back on the base and place the globe back into the rubber like thing that has the on and off switch . If you don’t put water in it well it want turn on as far as the diffuser part so add water then set the timer you can turn on the lights and watch the magic happen while vibing to some very chill music in a dim room and you will be relaxed and amazed. I would definitely buy this again. Pros works great beautiful colors. Cons you have to purchase oils and it’s like a rubbery base kind of with a plastic look. I would have love to have seen a more wooden base especially for $35 and no oil but other than that zero complaints, it’s beautiful!

EDIT: I got my replacement today and it works great and is beautiful! Here's to hoping it lasts longer than a week like some of the other reviews say.I got a clearly used, broken device. When I opened the box I noticed there were no instructions which I thought was weird. Then I smelled a huge whiff of lavender. It was clearly used befor and returned. The glass globe was chipped but I was so excited to use it that I plugged it in anyways aaaaaaaand, it didn't work. Waiting on a replacement. If that one doesn't work then I'll be asking for my money back

My mist button does not work! I have only had since 3/21. Can you buy a new wooden base?

I had only ever dreamed of owning one of these diffusers. Then, I found the opportunity & bought one, with my Amazon gift card, after X-mas 2020 had passed. The LED effects & holographic glass cover are amazing to look at, while the essential oil & water mist come put of it! My peave with this product was the difficulty of getting the glass cover off & put back on. It was like trying to wrestle down 2 hippos under a parachute that was only made for 1 hippo. Plus, the motorized diffuser was VERY cheaply made!! I had to hold the base straight up & down because, God forbid if the water & oil should spill...& BOY, did it spill EVERYWHERE!!! It was so bad that it immediately ruined the circuitry inside the base. It would stay "ON" for all of 20-30 seconds, & then, it would automatically shut itself "OFF." The final straw that broke the camel's back was the very next day, when the base wluldn't turn "ON", at all. It was plugged in properly, did everything that I was supposed to do. I even had 2 other mechanically-talented people read the instructions, watch a video & had THEM make sure that I wasn't just "going crazy", or neglecting something. They experienced the same downfall! So... I only had this thing for 3 weeks, when it bit the dust-(in January 2021.) I boxed it back up, & I forgot about it since then. It's now June 2021, almost July 2021, & not sure whether to send it back, trash it, keep the glass & put my own lights in it..... BUT.... bottom line is: THIS THANG DON'T WORK NO MORE, & I AM 1 P.O. 'ed QUEEN...Ohh NO, gurrlll!!! >:-I I see a bunch of other peoples' reviews that had the same exact thing happen to them. I want to return this and get my money back! This is absolute bullshit!!!

This is my new air freshener for my home. Love it and lasts for hours.

This is a beautiful and fun for using in bedroom. The color is beautiful, and it's fun to watch the color changing. Steam diffuser is a plus, specially now dry winter is here. Specially like that it has timer so it turns off after sleeping. Great gift choice too.

The media could not be loaded.  I was not expecting it to be like the pictures but it is! The glass piece is a little hard to put back on but I’m assuming that’s just for stability. So far it’s not diffusing very much mist, but the last diffuser I bought didn’t diffuse very much either until the water got a little bit lower, so we will see. So far I give it 5 stars 🤗UPDATE: after about an hour of usage it had stopped working. I ordered a replacement because I figured that one was defective, however the replacement also stopped working almost immediately. I have returned both unfortunately and waiting for a refund. I’m very disappointed and sad because if this product actually worked it would be my favorite diffuser I’ve ever seen. I still give it two stars because the color and vibrancy is gorgeous and looks exactly as advertised. It would be absolutely perfect if the product had worked. 😔
