I bought this 60inch fireplace for my garage (converted to Man Cave). Setup/Install was straight forward and no issues. Flame and rock colors look very nice, but had a problem with the heater only running for 30 seconds and then shutting off. I messaged the seller, and within 24 hours had support engaged to troubleshoot. Problem was determined to be with the motherboard, and support sent me a replacement in less than 3 days with full instructions on how to install. Once the motherboard was replaced, everything with this fireplace works great and looks fantastic. Good colors, good heat, and really looks nice overall. I am heating a 500 square foot garage (insulated), and so far the heat is keeping up with 50 degree weather outside. Customer Service with the seller/manufacturer was excellent, and I am very happy with this purchase.

This fireplace works awesome,best price.Always recommend this wonderful product.We had some issues in the beginning,since the installer didn’t connect the remote sensor tightly.Amazing colors,now working perfectly.

Overall this is a great fireplace insert. The heating element works great! I love all the different colors and the installation was pretty easy! The only thing I dislike about it is the “light line” in the flames for the lighting effect. It makes the flames seem less real! I’m not sure it they’re all like this or if it’s a defect but other than that I love it!

Received and the "blue" elements didnt work (well only went halfway across fireplace)! Contacted seller and wanted me to install new led strip, i refused because it wasn't an easy task, plus I bought new why do I need to work on something that cost several hundreds of dollars before using it? Finally seller sent another unit and it was severely damaged and made a loud crackling noise, finally after several back and forth message I got a REFUND!

La Chimenea llego antes y en perfecta condiciones, estaba muy escéptica ya que en CDMX no había encontrado un proveedor que pudiera venderme una chimenea como la de la publicación y me daba miedo que llegará rota o con algún defecto. Para mi sorpresa llego super bien protegida, funcionando al 100 y las medidas que vienen en las descripción del producto son las reales por si necesitas ir avanzando en tu proyecto mientras llega la chimenea. No dudes en comprarla no te arrepentirás.

I love this fireplace! It’s sleek, modern and my contractor commented on how easy it was to install. The vents were surprisingly powerful to push the heat and the flames change colour all with the touch of the remote. I saw much more expensive options at Home Depot so I’m glad I found this one!
