nice piece but the turning windmill was missing --such an important part i called up the company but they said we dont have parts to buy

Extremely poor instructions, blades are difficilt to locate because of the scarce instructions ,extremely fragile . Blade broke in the process of installing them. On top of this blades never ran. This is not in any way the fault of the seller. This is purely Lemax showing no interest in its customers. I buy a lot of these houses. Will be reluctant to buy this brand from now on if I see too many things that can break. I noticed this year many small items breaking off easily in spite of very gentle handling.Since I can't remove the blades and I tore the rubber gasket on the bottom searching for the blades I will have to keep this piece for a loss of $50. Not happy about this at all.

Il n'y a pas l'hélice et le vendeur me répond qu'il n'a pas de pièces détachées.Sur la photo elle y est pourtant.Je veux juste tout ce que j'ai payé.Sinon ça s'appelle de la publicité mensongère.Je n'achèterai plus les articles de ce vendeur.Je suis déçue.

This is purchased for my husband as a Christmas present & despite the last review,we found the delivery went well, apart from royal mail leaving parcel on doorstep for anyone too take. The parcel was extremely well wrapped up,very pleased & as you can see in the video windmill is perfect. Very pleased with this purchase.😁.
