Artist Pastels by GOLDEN, Dawn Emerson Collection Set, 40 Color, Professional Artist Pastels, Unique Pan Format (cake-like)

These are so fantastic! I had a class with these by one of Golden Paints Art/Educators! I was so intrigued that I sprung for the large set because she used these colors and it seemed like a good variety. When they arrived I ran right to my studio to begin playing! Oh, they are lovely! The colors are so vibrant - they blend together and layer perfectly. They added so much depth to acrylic paintings that were just missing something! Yes they are a bit pricey but they are worth every single penny. YOU WILL LOVE THIS COLLECTION AND YOU WILL LOVE PAN PASTELS! I was also concerned that they would have cracked during shipping but they arrived absolutely perfect condition!

These are perfect for soft dreamy backgrounds! I’m new to pastels and these are easy to apply, I wish they came with a lid for each color… I got some but they were not cheap.

Great product, but shipping is problematic because the pan contents can be brittle. Two of them were 1/2 dust. They can be fixed with alcohol, but it's a messy procedure.

Great Pastels

This product is really nice and covers really well and should go a long way- Two of the pans had 'broken product' in them, but it's an easy fix- just have to press down on the powder pretty hard to recompact the powder

I love the quality of these, my only peeve was that it only comes with one lid, otherwise you have to keep them in the plastic. Also one came broken. I wish they all came with lids so it wouldn't have gone everywhere. I'll have to buy them individually next time

The pan pastels arrived in perfect condition and is a beautiful selection of colors. I love Dawn Emerson's painting style!

Expensive but a good art supply investment.

Arrived about 2 weeks early, ordered from the UK and the store is a small family business in buffalo, new York, USA. So really happy about that. The panpastels are so smooth and super pigmented, you really dont need to be heavy handed with them at all. A tiny dab in the pan is more than enough pigment to put down at a time. And they're so smooth! They go down really nicely. They're everything people make them out to be, not over hyped like some art supplies. Great for laying down an underpainting/base layer or bokeh as they blend really easily. This is the best price I've found anywhere so I couldn't pass it up.

Buen producto me gusta mucho y llegaron antes de la fecha indicada y ninguna llegó rota. Lo recomiendo al 100 por 100

Paste de haute qualité, une autre manière de peindre.

Beautiful colours and builds layers so well.

Acquistati 3 anni fa . Ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista . Basta poco per molta resa . Li ho ancora quasi intatti anche se ne faccio abbastanza uso . Costano un po' ma ne vale la pena . Soldi ben spesi
