A brilliant and stylish looking piece of equipment. Feel like i need to redecorate the bathroom now. Heavier than anticipated but purely because it's of excellent quality. No flimsy plastic rubbish. Very, very easy to install/connect. Took less than 10 minutes. Zero leaks. Variable pressure is brilliant! Highly recommend 💦 🍑

Excellent quality, had ordered a cheaper bidet before that leaked within months. This one is solid metal, there is a very clear difference in quality. It functions perfectly. Just from reading the manual it is clear the manufacturer genuinely cares about their product.

Great product. I connected mine on the warm water pipe so it is not cold especially during winter but also it helps clean and flush the toilet when needed.

well made, heavy item. came well packaged/protected. nice feel, good quality metal. heavy duty valve so it is capable of holding on its own - no need for the inlet valve to turn off etc. All others I saw on amazon had that part of operating mechanism which I could not afford because my connection was coming from the sink tap inlet underneath the sink, and if i put a valve there, I could not replace the pedestal. this solves that problem as you don't need that valve to control the pressure, it is capable of doing so directly from the operating point. installation however is very difficult - following their instruction if you don't use the plumber's tape, it leaks everywhere. operating mechanism is quite flimsy so need to watch. the hanging loop is cheap plastic which will break soon. high risk to break your bathroom tiles if it falls because it is heavy. so i had to buy a separate steel hook to secure properly.

I bought this after struggling to fit a different brand from Amazon, but this one was much easier and worked first time It's really nice that you control it all from the dial on the handle and don't have to reach to turn the tap on the cistern every time you want to use it. The connection to a cistern is a t fitting with no valve so it's less likely to leak

Our plumber installed this for us at the same time he replaced the toilet, so I can't comment on the ease of installation but we've had it for a month now and no problems whatsoever. When ordering, I noticed there are 2 different sizes. I went with the shorter one and it seems to be ok. If you've never used one of these before, it takes a little getting used to. Here's a tip: start off with the lowest water pressure. The pressure at full blast is like a power hose! You'd hurt yourself (and soak the bathroom) if you turned it up full blast an inch from your bottom, but the high pressure spray is brilliant for cleaning the toilet bowl. So far I'm pleased with the quality. I initially bought this for my husband who will potentially be having surgery on the hand he wipes with, but he doesn't like as much as I do because of the cold water. I don't mind it and I wouldn't be without this attachment now that I'm used to it. It feels so much cleaner than just using toilet paper. I don't know that I'm saving a lot of toilet paper because I still use it to dry myself and the toilet seat, which always gets sprayed a bit. I would still happily recommend it to anyone.
