Very good quality, especially for the price. Top notch Velcro used too, not the cheap crap. The quality is comparable to the patches I received in the military, from the lettering and images to the quality materials.

Only five patches.
I bought this for my plate carrier and it only came with 5 patches in it. Good and sturdy patches nonetheless. Not 10$ for only 5 patches good.
