The Low FODMAP diet is not convenient, but this makes it easier. I didn't taste the stock on it's own, but it has been great in lots of recipes like chicken noodle soup. It's a bit pricey, but you're paying for convenience.

Drank plain in preparation for medical procedure. Steeped my ginger/ turmeric tea bag in it for a little extra zing!

I really like this Fodmap chicken broth without garlic and onion. I will add chives and other seasonings to taste when I use it with poultry in a skillet or Crock Pot. My only problem is that my husband doesn't like it very much. He doesn't have digestive problems, but he thinks this doesn't set well with him. There is nothing in this broth that should bother anyone, but maybe it's too rick for him.? Maybe adding some water to it may work. But my digestive tract loves all of the Fodmap products!

I wanted to give this a try more for convenience than anything. I have made my own broth and is just as good plus I get the chicken. But if you are looking for a convenience and keeping within the FODMAP dietary restrictions then I would definitely give this a try! I am down to my last pouch! Very tasty!

Waste of money. So small of a bag, expensive and just doesn't have a nice flavor.

It is so difficult to cook with out garlic and onion. I was so happy to find this convenient broth. It has a good flavor. Was thin but it is broth. Will buy again.

I’m not a fan. I can’t drink it straight, it’s way too bland. I did use it in my soup though, and then added flavor as desired, so it wasn’t a total waste. I probably won’t buy it again either though, because I wanted it for a Low FODMAP drinking broth I could turn to in a pinch, when mine is all out.

I received this box today. As you can see from picture #1 the contents of package was almost all gone. You can see the fill line from picture number 2 . Both packs in picture 2 are level. Very disappointed. Was told this item is not eligible for return. I have not tried any so the flavor is unknown. Definitely not pleased with the value since I was shorted a half of a pack.
