Is this the 2020 model?

Yes it is - super warm , & the updated windstopper series

If I’m 5’5’ 128 lb female would a men’s small work??

It should. My husband is 5’8 145 lbs and a medium fits him perfect.

Im 6'4" tall will xl fit or xl tall? I don't want it too long..

XL would be fine as far as the length but thru the body is where it might not , I'm 6 4 also & I have some XL some XXL - order it & try it , if is not right they have free returns & exchanges, it might take awhile but you ll get it

i need to know the cold ratings of the jackets Please provide The light weight jackets to the heavy jackets by product name, Thanks

I’ve got that jacket and incenerator as well,Stratus is good down to low30s with good base layer,Incenerator is perfect for any colder than 30.Stratus is comfortable I’m up to 60 degrees it’s my go to from October-mid-late November then I switch to incenenerator til mid January when season ends. Can’t go wrong with either or both.Depends on your climate where you hunt.I hunt Ohio,Kentucky,Kansas,Illinois yearly to give you an example Midwest you will be fine!Hope this helps ✌️
